Anthony's at Squalicum Harbor

It was the perfect place to bring my 100 year old mother-in-law who loves to go out and eat. Delicious food, excellent service, reasonable prices and an awesome view of the waterfront on a cold sunny day! All in all a great place to eat.

totally pleasant experience. only problem was in making the reservation. Asked to make sure we would have opportunity to order the special turf and surf ( lobster). Upon seating us they told us the special was offered on at the restaurant Hearth fire. Big disappointment. especially because they were out of several of the choices on the menu. we were there at 5pm and they were out of some of the food?

The interior is awesome - great architecture and good views. The food is mediocre. Steaks were over tenderized and mushy. Potatoes were over cooked and mushy.

We are a frequent Anthony's Squalicum customers and members of their bonus club. Took another couple with us on 12/29/25 and ordered from the happy hour menu: 3 bowls of chowder, 1 calamari, 1 bang bang chicken, 1 salad, 2 burgers (one with fries), 3 margaritas, 3 glasses of wine. About $60 per couple with tip. Had a reservation and were seated in a bar booth at 5:15. Food arrive at 6:08—a long wait. Everything arrived at once, chowder, salad, burgers, etc.. So, I had a choice of eating either a hot burger and cold chowder or hot chowder and a cold burger. I chose to eat a hot burger so gave my chowder to someone else and then ate my salad last. Burger was great; fires were lukewarm at best. Waitstaff and hostesses were great. They wanted me to talk to their manager, but we had tickets at Mt. Baker Theater so couldn't wait and said I'd just write a review. I'm sure the manager would have comped something, but that doesn't detract from the experience at the time. They were really busy and the servers were definitely running to do the best they could. But they should know better than to serve soup, salad, and main meal all at once. The other couple who was with us said that as well.

We were seated right away, Our server was very attentive and everything was promptly served. The meal was delicious!

Always a decent dinner and great birthday dessert and service. Food was a little disappointing this time with mashed potatoes and lobster a little too salty and steak and veggies were overcooked. Didn't send back as it was busy.

From the time we arrived for our reservation until the time we left, the service was outstanding. Excellent waiter, great food, inviting atmosphere. We loved our time at Anthony's.

Unfortunately, my Silver Salmon special was very dry and tasteless, and the portion small. The vegetables were nothing but overly cooked yellow with 1/2 of brussel sprout. Anthony's used to be my “go to” for out of town guests - not any more. Service and ambiance were fine.

Service was a bit slow to start but after that was excellent. Appetizers were great and food was exceptional.

Our waitstaff was outstanding. Attentive, accommodating and with great attention to detail. Food was really well seasoned and served within a timely manner. Thank you for making our Daughter's birthday night special!

Excellent meal and service in celebration of our 50th anniversary. We like to celebrate special occasions at Anthony's because they never disappoint.

 Truth be told, I am a big fan of Anthony‘s restaurants. I enjoy visiting all of them whenever possible. This was my most recent visit to the Bellingham location and the first time in approximately 10 years or more. I was not disappointed the food was of high-quality as always, the staff were professional, polite, and personable, and the view was outstanding as customary with most, if not all Anthony's locations. Their specials this time were excellent and I was not disappointed. 

The hostess absolutely made our evening special!! We wish she'd had a name tag so we could honor her personally. We were greeted with the best smile and "HAPPY ANNIVERSARY"!! In all the years we've dined at Anthony's, this was a first!! Open Table gives the option to state if you're celebrating but this was the first time the host/hostess (the customers first contact once inside Anthony's) acknowledge our special day! Food was great as always. Service was good but it took forever to initially get 2 glasses of wine. We'll be back...just saying those little things are HUGE when it's you!!

Even for it being a homecoming dinner night... Which we didn't even know about... All of the kids were just finishing up and the servers still looked like they had a lot of energy and were ready to attend everyone else normally as well! The food came out absolutely perfectly... And we couldn't have asked for better! Thank you so much for making our evening out extra special
