Got food from here for dinner today. Was sad to discover that they forgot our fries, despite me being charged for them, (partially my bad for not checking the bag thoroughly before leaving) and the cheese sauce on the sandwich for my partner had an awful taste. I also had to wait for a while, which is understandable as they looked to be understaffed. My food was fine and the one employee that I interacted with was fairly nice, but I probably will not come back here for a long time, which is such a shame.

what kinda bologna is this!?.... Arby's? $5.66 for a large jamocha shake? I actually asked the guy...he affirms this is your large shake. can you tell me why my significant other can go to DQ and get a medium mocha moo latte, not only was it cheaper by .30 cents but she only got a medium. you guys are robbing your own customers! I'm 45 years old and you just lost a loyal customer.. as well as I will be doing my best to keep everyone I know from wasting money here. As a corporate entity you should be ashamed of yourselves.

It's Arby's, what is there to say about Arby's? They have the meats or so I'm told. If you like an Arby's beef and cheddar on occasion as I do you will probably be happy because this Arby's indeed has beef and cheddar sandwiches. They seem to be perpetually short staffed but the employees that are there do an excellent job and are helpful and kind.

Service and food was excellent but we were over-charged. We ordered a meal and a double meat Arby's but I think it was rung up separately, resulting in a higher price. We'll watch that next time. After getting home and reviewing our receipt, there was no over-charge. We paid for exactly what we ordered. Sorry for putting this out there in error.
Updated, unfortunately had to take away 2 stars. The new bbq Bacon 'Cheesy' Burger had its pictures plastered on all the registers & the walls. Looked huge & juicy. I ordered it, but when I received it, even the micro/small package rather reminded me of the sliders they used to sell (look at image), even a kid's burger - patty wax just a bit larger than a silver Dollar. Cheese was almost missing in action & The burger was pink inside, I threw away the rest when I noticed the weird taste & looked at the cross cut (look at 2nd image). For 2 sandwiches & a fries, I had to dish out close to $30, which was also ridiculous.

I tried all the Arby's from Marysville, Oak Harbor, and up to Bellingham....this one is hands down the best. I am an Amazon delivery driver, placed my order on the app for my lunch break, it was around dinner rush time and it was ready in no more than 5 minutes. I got the 2 for $6, 1 roast beef 1 chicken sandwich and my god it was incredible. the roast beef was stacked and so tasty, the chicken sandwich was the perfect level of crispy and had big tomato slices. yum! the guys working there were awesome and gave me a chuckle by asking "hey wheres my packages bro?" anytime im delivering in Bham and wanting a great lunch...I know where I am going. amazing food at a good price, restaurant was clean, and I felt welcomed by the staff.
