It's Arby's, what is there to say about Arby's? They have the meats or so I'm told. If you like an Arby's beef and cheddar on occasion as I do you will probably be happy because this Arby's indeed has beef and cheddar sandwiches. They seem to be perpetually short staffed but the employees that are there do an excellent job and are helpful and kind.

Service and food was excellent but we were over-charged. We ordered a meal and a double meat Arby's but I think it was rung up separately, resulting in a higher price. We'll watch that next time. After getting home and reviewing our receipt, there was no over-charge. We paid for exactly what we ordered. Sorry for putting this out there in error.

Updated, unfortunately had to take away 2 stars. The new bbq Bacon 'Cheesy' Burger had its pictures plastered on all the registers & the walls. Looked huge & juicy. I ordered it, but when I received it, even the micro/small package rather reminded me of the sliders they used to sell (look at image), even a kid's burger - patty wax just a bit larger than a silver Dollar. Cheese was almost missing in action & The burger was pink inside, I threw away the rest when I noticed the weird taste & looked at the cross cut (look at 2nd image). For 2 sandwiches & a fries, I had to dish out close to $30, which was also ridiculous.

I tried all the Arby's from Marysville, Oak Harbor, and up to Bellingham....this one is hands down the best. I am an Amazon delivery driver, placed my order on the app for my lunch break, it was around dinner rush time and it was ready in no more than 5 minutes. I got the 2 for $6, 1 roast beef 1 chicken sandwich and my god it was incredible. the roast beef was stacked and so tasty, the chicken sandwich was the perfect level of crispy and had big tomato slices. yum! the guys working there were awesome and gave me a chuckle by asking "hey wheres my packages bro?" anytime im delivering in Bham and wanting a great lunch...I know where I am going. amazing food at a good price, restaurant was clean, and I felt welcomed by the staff.

Giving one star only because of their curly fries. Otherwise, I would give zero stars especially for the rude staff. We went today(sep 15,2024) in the afternoon. I ordered 2 Buffalo chicken sandwiches. The girl that worked there was so rude and disinterested in taking our order. She was acting like she can't understand what we're saying but in fact, she was looking left and right and wasn't even listening. Instead of sandwiches, she gave us 2 wraps. My husband didn't want to make a fuss about the wrong order so we just ate the wraps. But in what world a sandwich is called a wrap?? The wrap was also super soggy and broken due to abundance of sauces inside. Would never go back again especially due to the rude stuff. The girl that took our order was a teenager with a bad attitude. They should hire staff that has some sense of politeness atleast. Not sure why she was acting like a rich brat while she was clealry not.

I used to go there a lot, until the food quality hit rock bottom about four years ago. Then came a long closure due to renovations. Yesterday, I decided to give it another try, for the first time since they re-opened. Unfortunately, the renovations did not address the food quality issues. The bun of the beef and cheddar sandwich had the consistency of sawdust, the beef was devoid of any flavor, the cheddar was MIA, ditto for the Arby';s sauce. I saw numerous tables which had not been cleaned. I will be a long time before I go near this place again.
