I really enjoyed my visit to Ashuri Baklava Cafe. The baklava was fresh and delicious, and the Turkish coffee was perfectly prepared. The atmosphere is quiet, cozy, and relaxing. It’s an excellent spot to unwind and enjoy high-quality desserts and coffee. I definitely recommend it. 💯💯💯

There are several places around town that offer baklava but this is by far the best. Cardamom coffee was also delicious. Will definitely be back!
The pistachio baklava was so, so good. It was a great counterpoint to the strong Turkish coffee. We also had boric in traditional and potato and onion varieties which were born very tasty. I loved the ambiance and the service was fast and friendly.

My daughter and I stopped by Ashuri Baklava & Cafe for a cup of coffee, and it was such a lovely experience. She was born in Beirut, Lebanon, where I had lived for nine years, so finding a place with authentic coffee was important to us—and this café did not disappoint. The Turkish coffee here is the real deal, served either with or without cardamom, and it instantly took me back to the flavors I remember so fondly.
Beyond the coffee, they also offer Turkish delight, baklava, and other treats. The baklava was absolutely delicious, with options like pistachio and walnut that are wonderfully traditional. You can even purchase their coffee to take home, along with a few charming knickknacks they have for sale.
The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, with a cozy seating area perfect for enjoying your coffee and pastry. The young gentleman who served us was incredibly kind and attentive, adding to the overall experience.
If you’re in Bellingham and looking for authentic Turkish coffee and sweets, I highly recommend stopping by Ashuri Baklava & Cafe.
