Not an Asian in the joint. You would expect the food not to be that good, but when we go to Bellingham, this is our go to place for pad Thai and Tom ka. Their chicken lettuce wrap also is a winner. I actually prefer this place over other Thai restaurants. I'm not Thai so maybe its not authentic Thai food but it sure is yummy and I feel like I'm a harsh critic of food.
A few years back we stumbled into Asian 1 in Bellingham, and it was really good. Happy to say that the level of the food they have served us has been consistently good every time we've gone back. I'm hooked on their Mongolian Beef, it's like beef candy. Other friends and family have had other dishes, and all have liked them. A+

Can't go wrong with their sushi or phad Thai and the ever famous honey glazed chicken is amazing.
