This place was amazing! The food was good and the service was as expected. Starting with the food, we got the PNW Grilled Cheese with a side of tomato soup, the Luna Fries, and Strawberry Lemonade. The only thing I have to say wasn’t up to par with the grilled cheese and tomato soup was the lack flavor in the soup. It tasted like spices weren’t used. The grilled cheese was delicious!! The Luna fries were very good but would prefer regular fries with seasoning vs the waffle fries. It was too hard to eat with the toppings on the waffle fries. Also, you leave a lot of the topping once the fries are gone. The service was great but it was busy. The server only came over to our table 2 times within the hour and a half we were there, as stated before; it was busy so it’s as expected. Overall great place and well rounded.

In a heartbreaking twist, Aslan has slain its own hero: the smash burger. To add insult to injury, prices have climbed like they’re chasing fine-dining status. The result: a case study in how to turn a standout into a shrug.
I used to bring clients here with pride. Now, I’d simply be bringing disappointment. Keeping the smash as an option might have prevented this tragic brand reimagining, instead in the battle of quality versus cost, both seem to have surrendered.
The smash is gone, the prices are up, and I’m out. Even Aslan himself would shake his mighty mane and walk away — and I’m doing the same.

Thanks to the GM in bringing the healthy tasty Taco back to the menu. Both open face Taco and the Kale chorizo soup are so delicious and the service is extremely warm, welcoming, and friendly. We must come here for a meal every time that we come back to Bellingham.

Wedding Anniversary dinner- It was busy which means the places is a good place in my book. The young lady right when we got there told us it was a 15min-25-min it she said we can sit in the bar right away. So we sat at the bar which the young lady/bartender was amazing!!! We was so sweet and you can’t tell she knew what she was doing. She recommend every good food and beer she made my food even better recommending adding things. Drinks/food was 10/10 and serve was amazing!!!

Aslan has always been one of my favorite places in Bellingham, ever since I went while attending WWU. It was a treat to visit Aslan over the weekend as they opened a location in Fremont but it's not the same as their menu is quite limited compared to the foods this kitchen has to offer. The staff is also incredibly friendly and outgoing! This time around, we ordered the fried mac n cheese appetizer, the Hawaiian bowl with pork belly, the PNW grilled cheese, luna fries, a beer flight, and the strawberry lemonade cocktail. The food was delicious and enough for two people, plus leftovers. I highly recommend Aslan, and will stop by every time I'm in bham.

We loved aslan!!! Our host, Joe welcomed us with great energy and sat us promptly. Kelsey was such a fantastic bartender, she had so much knowledge about all the beers on tap and was able to give me the perfect recommendation. The music on the patio created a wonderful atmosphere and Brandon brought us our food in a very efficient manner. Overall, a really great experience and would recommend to anyone visiting in Bellingham. I had the karage and the curry bowl and they were both fantastic!!😃😃😃
