I stopped in while I was on vacation. The beer was good, but didn’t blow me away. Then the Cuban came out. If a Cuban is on a menu I will always order it. Wow! It was the best Cuban I’ve ever had. If I ever find myself back in Washington, I will make sure I come back for a Cuban.
The crew at Alsan cares about the satisfaction of their guests, and they really seem to enjoy what they do.
I had some confusion with the sandwich I ordered, and they addressed my issue with care and understanding. They were supportive, welcoming, and made me feel comfortable while I was there.
This is a solid place to enjoy some grub and a bit of beer on the side.

Loved the vibe - spacious. Outdoor seating available. Smash burger was pretty good - recommend getting the avocado crema with the yam fries. Large selection of draft beer, only 1 cider. Our waitress was super friendly and was very knowledgeable about all the beers.
