We enjoy coming here for breakfast and sandwiches. The food is reliable and satisfying.

The service experience can vary, but Anne consistently goes above and beyond. She is kind, welcoming, and brings such a positive energy to the space. Her friendliness keeps us coming back.

they made their sandwiches half the size while still charging nearly 20 bucks for them, used to be my favorite place in bellingham for years but just aint worth it anymore

Food was good , service was less than average
To be more precise I ordered a few sandwiches , left a 3 $ tip which I know is not much in this economy but it must have ticked the lady at the front counter off because after a 45 minute wait , my food ticket was “lost” and I ended up waiting for another while.

Avenue Bread is one of my go-to places for people that need a quick bite and they are from out of town. The menu is creative, tasty and they treat you with respect if you treat them with respect and clean up after yourself. I always see something new when I go to any of the avenue bread locations, and they are all great.

Always a great breakfast place with delicious coffee and lots of options. They also serve a variety of sandwiches for lunch. I ordered the Traditional Eggs Benedict and the hollandaise sauce is amazing.

This was my first time eating here. We just moved moved to the area over the last few months. This place has a really chill vibe and seems to have a pretty cohesive, happy crew working there.

The food is absolutely incredible. I chose the turkey pesto sandwich and even as someone who doesn't usually enjoy sandwiches, it was so so so tasty. 10/10 would recommend eventhough prices are pretty steep. Just know walking in that you're looking at 16-22 dollars for a sandwhich, a handful of chips, and a pickle spear.

This place has great food but I would not recommend the cinnamon rolls. They are not even warmed up and it's just disgusting

Reuben sandwich was so salty I couldn’t even eat it, and the pastrami tasted more like cheap corned beef. For 20 bucks :/

Heard very good reviews so it was unfortunately disappointing. Maybe it’s more of a brunch spot.

Perfectly delightful! The grilled club sandwich and Sedona salad were both delicious. Don’t miss this gem!

Really love Avenue bread. Good food. Self clearing tables and a minimum 15% tip option are the only downsides. It's expensive eating out and Avenue's quality is worth it!
