Really wanted a rice dish but it would appear that they use animal ingredient/s in it so ended up with the vermicelli dish. It was okay. Nothing bad. Non vegan said the same thing about their meal.

Some of the kindest people serving up some of the best (and most affordable food). Seriously though, they are just the absolute nicest people I have met in food service. Super quick even during massive rushes, and the quality is always amazing. Cannot recommend highly enough, they deserve to be one of the main go-to spots in town.

Bahn Mi & Bubble Tea is a Vietnamese food truck in Bellingham, WA. They have a variety of hot dishes, sandwiches and boba teas - like the name! :) It is located in the parking lot of a gas station / Urban Market, and easy to miss… so be on the lookout!

The bahn mi sandwiches were very tasty - we got the pork and tofu sandwiches. I definitely want to eat here again and try some of their other dishes. ?
