Been here multiple times and I haven't had a good experience yet. Flavors are disappointing, prices are higher than what it's worth. They have speciality flavors based on Ghibli, Pokemon, and Shrek. But they're all very disappointing. They're not fitting, and they're pretty gross. The staff is condescending in the way that they speak. Not out right rude. Just very pretentious in how they provide service.
The straw they gave me didn't even have a point at the end. So I walked over to another boba shop a few feet away. Probably should've just gone there instead.

I visited Bellis Boba yesterday and tried their honeydew smoothie with tapioca. It was so good that I went back again today. This time, I went just to buy their black tapioca pearls because I enjoy eating them by themselves.
I've tried boba from all the stores in town, and no place cooks tapioca as well as this shop. You can tell they make them fresh every day. The service is also friendly and fast. If you love tapioca like I do, you won’t be disappointed with Bellis Boba.

Very disgusting man working today. Very degrading and condescending. He didn't have product offered on menu. Would have spent a lot of money to please my kids, he addressed my daughter as sweetie, gave me creepy bad vibes. Chose a different option in the mall. Gross

Tapioca pearls for boba tea should not be $1 extra default. Add ons like popping boba or jelly, fine, but not the default boba! I ordered toffee mocha flavor which was excellent and tasted like a Starbucks drink, but the cashier didn't even know it was on their LCD customer screen menu. This menu is also not that clear on some of their other menu selections. I was curious about their milk tea milkshakes but wasn't sure where on the menu to look at those flavors. Finally, $19 for two boba with tapioca pearls? Not great for this mid tier mall boba shop. Big Orange, 50 feet away, remains my go-to.
