This is my favorite boba place, but the new person they hired just isn't it. She sits on her phone, listens to music, and ignores customers. She also doesn't open at 11. Also, what kind of boba place doesn't have BOBA ready an HOUR after open? This is ridiculous and needs to change. I have been here before where she hasn't even started the boba 2 hours after open

Foul service. Poor communication. No attempt made to rectify the situation. After explaining that the drink was made with an unrequested ingredient. After bringing the untouched item back they proceeded to lie and say that it was requested. I was standing right there it was not. They would not return/exchange or anything. Just flat our lied that it was requested that way. Great customer service. I won't be back. Don't waste your money there

Not sure why at 11 o’clock when the mall is officially opened I have to wait until 12 to get boba in my bubble tea ? Also unsure why when you ask for less sweet lychee I would get a lecture from a big guy working there explaining about the lychee being the sweetener ? I work in Richmond bc bubble tea capital and drink these dailyI highly recommend only having the sweet Asian fella work until better staff is acquired . He is always wonderful
