Traditionally called texas caviar or cowboy caviar in the south, our black eyed pea salad is fresh and zesty and made from scratch daily. We've been waiting for hot summer weather to bring it back but decided we might be waiting until June 2021. As with everything we do, this goes quickly, so order early.

Our original recipe coleslaw is fresh and zesty and full of flavor. You'll want this every time.
Texas Pinto Beans
While our original smoked beans are on the sweeter side and meatless, these babies are all savory and simmered with pork shanks. Delicious.

It was a great dinner. Got a combo dinner for 2. We didn't love the beans but I think they were very unique. The ribs were among the best I've had. Mac and cheese, pulled pork and brisket were all fantastic. I was amazed how quickly we got our food after ordering. Everything was hot and fresh.

Atmospher and service is not part of review since it is counter ordering. There are only three categories to check. Price was not one. A competition BBQ establishment with great reviews on taste service and price is in the area. And the order we had came with 4 ....4 pork ribs on a plate with choice of two sides. Other location with great reviews on flavor is 21.00 for a 1/2 rack with 2 sides and a full rack with two sides at 26.00.

You feel so welcome from the moment you walk in the door. Everything about the place feels authentic and homey. The BBQ was amazing. What a great small home grown business, will definitely be stopping here again.
