Cowboy Caviar
Traditionally called texas caviar or cowboy caviar in the south, our black eyed pea salad is fresh and zesty and made from scratch daily. We've been waiting for hot summer weather to bring it back but decided we might be waiting until June 2021. As with everything we do, this goes quickly, so order early.
Coleslaw
Our original recipe coleslaw is fresh and zesty and full of flavor. You'll want this every time.
Texas Pinto Beans
While our original smoked beans are on the sweeter side and meatless, these babies are all savory and simmered with pork shanks. Delicious.

Great food great staff!!! We with the Combo for 1 and sampler of all 3 sliders so get a bit of everything. Standouts were the ribs, brisket and the Brie cheese and pepper jelly slider. I maintain the spicy sauce is the best while my partner swears by the mustard sauce. Will definitely be back on our next trip.

As a pit boss, myself, the meat was tender and flavorful. There was a tanginess that I don’t cook with. There was a zingy vinegar to the pulled pork and ribs, which was a nice change. The brisket was just the way I like it! It was excellent!

I was not expecting the food to be THIS good, these people are masters of preparing tender smoked meat. The brisket was cooked and seasoned perfectly, it would seriously hold its own even in Texas. The smoke ring on the ribs was thick, and as a result I was expecting firm meat but it was soft and still juicy. Sides were great, and the banana pudding was a great finish. WOW!!
