We had opportunity to try this restaurant in Everett for the first time a couple of weeks ago. Sadly 😥 it was the worse experience with our food. We asked for barbacoa tacos and consome. Both were salty and cold. The worse part was that the salsas on the bottles on the table were old and taste horrible. (salsas agrias y podridas) We smell them and they were past due. When we mentioned to the waitress she didn't care nor apologize for the mistake and she didn't offer any compensation whatsoever and to top all that demand our payment. Nevertheless to say we will never coming back...

Not to bad to be outta of LA or Tijuana around 30 bucks per person birria plate and an Agua de Tamarindo you have to go to the bar and get onions cilantro and salsa no waitress here but overall clean and well served 😉 👍

This place consistently poor service. My work team often make orders are completely wrong and for an order of $167USD we were given two small bags of condiments. I was charged for shrimp tacos they did not have and then given a single chicken taco (not cheese). I would love to see them improve soon.

We have ordered food from here for a large group of people several times. Every time they either don’t put cheese on some of the tacos or something’s missing. The biggest issue i have is that they give us these tiny bags of onion for our food and will try to charge more if you ask for it. i made an order for 15 people and they think 3 little bags of onions is right? smh

I had high hopes for this place but it was a big disappointment. Granted I only ordered the carne asada fries, but they were very mediocre and the portion was ridiculously small for $16! I did a to go order and the second I picked up the bag I knew they were going to be a disappointment. Anyone who has had a good order of carne asada knows there’s a good weight to them. The flavor wasn’t terrible, but oddly enough there was more pico de gallo than French fries. You’d think the one thing they wouldn’t scrimp on is the French fries. Only a small dollop of guacamole and the meat was chewy. Speaking of fries, you could tell the French fries were frozen Ore Ida type crinkle cut fries. This was a huge testament on the rest of their food because how hard is it put together carne asada fries? Having said that, the lady who took my order was very sweet and helpful and the place looked very clean.It would not make me return however.

It can be a hit or miss depending what you order! I've so for enjoyed what I've ordered however the chicken tacos are honestly flavorless & pretty sad looking. Cashier is always nice.

Not the best or the worst. I’ve gotten a few overpriced burritos here and the meat is usually pretty bland. The burritos are fried and get a bit greasy and wet.

I ordered online and paid for 3 orders of tacos, 2 orders of rice and beans, and consume. And paid $40 I got 4 tacos two orders of rice and beans and consume. That's highway robery

No no no! They didn’t have the first two items that my girlfriend wanted to order. Then they brought out my daughter’s and girlfriend’s plates, but not what I ordered. When I looked at the receipt, I saw that they didn’t ring in my dish. When I went to the counter, I calmly informed the gentleman that he didn’t ring in my order. I decided to change my order, and he then told me to calm down instead of apologizing for neglecting to put in my order. It then took 14+ minutes to bring out my burrito without any other appearing to be pending. The $14.50+ burrito was definitely not worth the wait or the price. On top of that, the shrimp soup is served with shrimp that has the head and shells on it. Very difficult to eat. I’ve been to the location in Everett, and had a good experience. This location is NOT worthy of your time or money.
I placed my order a little bit before 7PM on today, October 18th. I specified in your time selector that I would be picking it up at 8:15 and it tells me great, your order is confirmed for 8:15. I pick up the order and the very nice worker at the cashier apologizes and says it has been sitting for a bit. I took that to mean it's been sitting for a few minutes even though I arrived at 8:07 to pick up my order, 8 minutes ahead of schedule. I get home and it is cold, I suspect that they had made it when the order came in over an hour before and it had been sitting ever since. I've been to your establishment and have loved the service, but this has left a sour taste in my mouth for an order that cost $45 after tip for cold food. I am requesting compensation for this order. I appreciate all of your hard work and I'm thankful for all that you and your people do.
