Great spot. Cool, funky atmosphere. Felt welcomed as soon as I walked in. Delicious selection of baked goods. I ordered a latte and it was beautifully presented and made perfectly. Will definitely return!

I've never had any human be as rude to me as here. Incredibly horrible customer service. I'm leaving this review at 2 am because I'm literally losing sleep after the horrible human interaction I had with what I assume was a manager. Awful!

This Cafe is awesome. It is in a really neat triangle building that has beautiful brick features. They have a 12 ft skeleton and other skeleton decorations. It's got tons of big windows so lots of natural light. And tall ceilings so it feels really spacious and airy. Their pastries are awesome and so is the coffee. I ordered inside for carry out. Service was quick and the staff are friendly. Great place to checkout. Seems like it has a very nice community.

This is the cutest place I have ever been to. I'm not one to switch up my usual coffee order but the minute I saw the specialty drinks, I couldn't help it. I got the bee's knees and it was FANTASTIC! Perfect ratio of espresso and sweetness. AND THE FOAM DECORATIONS ARE AMAZING. When I saw pictures, I thought it was going to be like those other cafes where they post pictures but never give you the actual design, but when I picked up my order, I saw the cutest little bear and my heart melted. Totally made my day. Not to mention, to my surprise, I found this miniature garden on the side of the wall which was literally the cutest addition to a cafe I have ever seen.

I'm going to leave Covid aside for the moment to talk about general respect. Meeting my dad. a Vietnam Vet, ON VETERANS DAY! We were approached by the hostess who politely asked if we could move to another table bc there were 3others already at that table. She escorted us over to it wiped out down, we said thank you and were seated. Around the corner comes another employee harping on us for not wearing our masks traveling from table A to take B, yelling about not respecting the rules and then kicks us out! I calmly tried to explain we were moved and she said we moved to another table that was occupied. They seated us there! Another 'manager' comes over (the one yelling proclaims to be a manager) and starts playing gentle good cop. We plead that they talk to the hostess who resat us. I see her and ask her to come over, and immediately she begins dropping f-bombs on us for disrespecting the rules. The first gal condencendently begins clapping her hands and goes into some kindergarten chant for us to leave. I was totally floored and embarrassed for my dad. He was speechless. It's not like we came in all antimasking. We entered ordered and seated with masks. I have been going to black drop for a long time -longer than when these young women were born- I am excited for their new location, but they really need to review their management, hiring and customer service practices before I ever step foot in there again.

It’s fine for what it is, the baristas are kinda slow so if you have somewhere to be maybe don’t pick here. The atmosphere is cool but extremely limited seating. Mocha tasted like lukewarm milk. They just need to tweak a few things and it could be 5 stars

Setting is simple straight forward. Order counter is smack in front of the door so you always have people trying to get in while you're ordering. Lots of windows and light. Industrial vibe. Service fairly quick...BUT the coffee was just warm, not hot. Just okay+

Always have good service here. The specialty drinks are always a fun change. The wraps are good and healthy. Very Bellingham in all the best ways.

The lady who took my order was very nice and helpful. While waiting for my food I took a drink of water and one of the baristas behind the counter yelled at me in front of the entire coffee shop to put my mask on. I had no intention of leaving my mask off. I just took a drink of water. No one around me who were sitting was wearing a mask yet I just took a drink of water and was completely embarrassed and called out when I was literally in the process of putting it back. I was actually shocked that happened. Definitely will go to other coffee shops in town to avoid getting yelled at in front of a crowd.

One of the few places to get good coffee AND good food.

Love this coffeeshop so much!! It's not just about their delicious coffee, the staff and community create such an inclusive and safe space here. And their latte art is AMAZING. Always blown away. Been a customer for two decades, looking forward to many more years! This place makes my little queer heart so happy.

Decent place to hang out and chill or do a little work. Much larger location than they used to have, so doesn't feel as cosy but the coffee is still the same gross stuff from the old owners. Also the staff don't seem as friendly but that's probably a result of covid. No Vax card required for entry at this time.. but masks are understandably a must when you aren't seated and/or are interacting with a team member.

Best coffee! I come here time and time again, always impressed with the service, coffee, and food selection.

Drinks were alright, customer service was bizarre and unprofessional. I was yelled at for pulling down my mask to take a sip of water while I was waiting for my drink while several other customers were sitting down working on their computers (not eating or drinking) without masks on. there were no other customers in the building who were consistently wearing masks. I understand now that the restaurant has a policy that you have to keep your mask on unless you are seated, but make that clearer to customers and don't berate them for not following a rule that is not clearly stated/posted. Also, what difference does it really make? I was more than 6 feet away from any other customers in the store. This is not coming from the perspective of an anti-masker.
