Sitting at the bar I didn't appreciate that the Sushi chef was having a problem with a server and communicated very rudely to them. This conversation should not have been heard by any customers. Excellent Sushi, but the chef needs to learn some business ethics with employees and customers.
Their sushi is amazing, but we often go to other places because the service is so bad at Blue Fin. Tried to go recently and sat for over 20 minutes without anyone taking our order. The waiter brought water and we said we were ready to order. The waiter said they would be right back, but never came. Tried flagging multiple waiters down multiple times, but they just stood by the sushi bar talking to each other. We finally got up and left and went somewhere else.
