We got the wrong wing sauce on the wings and instead of trusting in the customer they questioned us saying that it looks like Caribbean jerk when it was instead sweet barbecue. It took them 15 minutes to come out with the correct wings with no service in between. In the end our server said it was rung up as Caribbean jerk and there’s been a few instances of this at this location.
My feedback to management: the servers seem like they’re doing their job well however it seems like the back kitchen has some major organizational issues. If you fix the organizational issues in the back it would allow the servers to thrive and may improve overall morale - as it seems there is a pessimism/ dismissive nature within the staff.

This used to be a frequent stop. Then issues with the orders, either missing the appy pickles or wrong sauce on the chicken. Then yesterday, we waited for 15 minutes for the server to take our order before walking out. In that time, we had asked another server if they were our server (they weren't) and someone else to find our server. Saw a server at tables beside us, but no idea what happened. We left, went to Red Robin, and had a great experience.

Had an amazing experience at Buffalo Wild Wings in Bellingham! The quality of the chicken was far superior to any wings we get in Canada—crispy on the outside, juicy inside, and well-coated in flavorful sauces.
• Mango Habanero: Perfect balance of heat and sweetness, delivering that signature kick without being overwhelming.
• Lemon Pepper: Dry rub was on point, with a bold citrusy punch and just the right amount of peppery spice.
• Orange Chicken: A surprising standout—sticky, tangy, and packed with flavor.
• Parmesan Garlic: Rich, creamy, and garlicky with a nice cheesy touch.
• Asian Zing: Slightly sweet with a good chili kick, reminiscent of classic Asian-style wings.
The half fries were perfectly crispy and well-seasoned, making them an excellent side. However, onion rings could use some improvement—they lacked that extra crunch and seasoning to stand out.
The environment was perfect—lively, energetic, and exactly what you’d expect from a great wing spot. It had a fun, sports-bar vibe but wasn’t too loud, making it easy to enjoy the food and conversation.
Our service was fantastic! Our server was attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed without feeling rushed. She checked in regularly, kept our drinks filled, and provided great recommendations.
One interesting thing—my friend really liked the thickness of the sauce, but I personally have a different preference. While the flavors were great, I found some of the sauces a bit heavier than I usually like. That said, the overall experience was still top-notch.This visit confirmed that Buffalo Wild Wings in Bellingham is worth the trip. The wings were far superior in taste and quality compared to what we get back home. Definitely coming back!

If you order online it's almost guaranteed to be wrong, I don't know why I keep trying but the last 5 times I have ordered here there is always a forgotten item. This will be the last time I order from here. Also when you call them to fix the issue they blame doordash, even when you directly order from thier website. Never again will I be back.

This place has taken a HUGE nose dive. Food portions are tiny, half the wings are sauced, wings seem to get smaller and smaller. Don't bother. Go anywhere else.

Never buy wings from this place unless you like to eat chicken feathers not chicken wings and leftovers veggies bites as you can see in the pictures. We order crispy chicken wings but we got featherry chicken wings, cold and no sauce on the side, and the only thing the manager had to say is :”That’s the way they wings came! “ sooo they don’t give a s..t what they serve to the people, maybe next time a whole chicken will fly out of the box.

Standard American fare. It is a franchise. Known for its chicken wings. Got the new Bacon Melt and mozzarella sticks. The sandwich was juicy butt the bacon was a little hard. The mozzarella sticks were fried right. Bit greasy but that is expected. Portions are huge.

I went for dinner with my sister, we both ordered the same salad, it took them 35 minutes to make the salad, only one of them as my sisters arrived first. It was bagged lettuce, the stuff you get at subway, topped with some bbq chicken and that pretty much sums it up. Mine came 20 minutes later after hers was already finished, could not get any servers attention. When our server finally came to bring me mine, all he said was sorry gave me my bill and left. Did not stay long enough for me to even ask for a deduction in the bill at all. When he left I noticed that my salad wasn’t made correctly, didn’t have half of the toppings my sister did and we ordered the exact same thing let alone completely forgot to add the dressing. Again, server nowhere to be seen. By that point I just wanted to get out of there, so I just paid and left. My fault for not seeing my frustration through and complaining but still.
** Got a response from Buffalo Wild Wings but when I followed direction, still nothing has come of it. Pretty much 2 weeks later. Disappointed 😞

Place smelled of stale beer. Cheese curds had the texture of rubber. Wings were cold. Nacho chips were stale. Overpriced and underwhelming.

They messed up my order and when I called to fix it they were extremely rude. When talking to the manager I believe her name was Lisa or something there was no apology or anything she said if I brought the messed up order back to the store I could receive the correct one I live 15 minutes away and have two small kids that's a lot of gas and quite difficult to get the kids back in the car but I went back so I could feed my kids. When I got the the restaurant the manager did not say anything she rolled her eyes at me and scoffed I handerher the incorrect order and she handed me the correct one. I spent over 100 dollars for this food and to be treated like this was absolutely ridiculous. Moral of the story save your money and go somewhere else where you will be treated like an actual human.

to start terribly slow service on a slow night, every item we ordered came out separately about 5 minutes between each dish other than the meals we ordered for our kids even though we ordered apps and entrees at the same time. took 15 minutes for us to get our beers which we had to remind our server about, i ended up sending mine back because i had to drive. only positive thing o have to say is the food tasted decent but i’ve been on the toilet the last 2 days following. im a server myself so i try to give grace while im out to eat and i always keep expectations low at chain restaurants but this experience was very disappointing i don’t think we’ll be returning anytime soon or by our own accord.
Place has taken a disgustingly horrible nose dive. A hot mess, inside if a dumpster fire, stuck in a train wreck.
Almost an hour wait for a microwave Mac and cheese. Another 45 minutes to get a half frozen cake. That's all after ordering our appetizers (as we sat down) which we never saw, along with the rest of the food. Bless that poor waitress, but dear God- the hell is going on in that kitchen? We finally gave up and just said whatever is left, just get it to go.
Ordered 30 wings, only 15 were in the to go box, none of which were sauced and/or completely burnt.. Triple cheeseburger, had only one patty. All the ranch cups were crushed under the weight of the food.
And yet, everything was cold when it got to us... -1000/10 , seriously.
At this point, the way the place is being ran, I'd call it an act of charity to anyone who steps into that place

The lady with the green hair was super sweet but NOBODY checked on us at all. Our table was ignored when we asked a worker for help she looked at us and walked away. A worker asked us if we wanted trays and utensils, we said yes. she walked away, talked to her friends, left to take a smoke break, and guess what. she NEVER came back. Horrible service! Do better!
