The Caprese, I dare say, is the best grilled cheese I ever had. We also loved the Gorgonzola! It was huge and filling. The cheese is overflowing and the edges are cripy and crunchy!

As a former student in b’ham I wish this place and concept opened 15 years ago! If you’re in the area it’s definitely worth the visit!

I finally got to try the 'Bham and Cheese' and it was absolutely delicious! The sandwich was perfectly grilled, and the 3 cheeses were so gooey and flavorful. My gf got easy cheesy and loved hers.

There were five of us that came for a late lunch this past Friday. What a great experience! We tried the Burnt Side Down, the Italian Stallion, and the Caprese Sandwiches, all of which were cooked to perfection and tasted fantastic. The woman that took our order (Sophie) was very friendly and professional. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and hope to return next time we are in Bellingham.
