We stumbled across this little joint while driving around Bellingham searching for somewhere new, and boy it did not disappoint. We were looking forward to the sandwiches but they had just sold completely out of bread and judging by the taste of the creamy butter nut squash soup, Myan hot chocolate, and thier London fog, I can see why they sold out! everything was amazingly delicious, and the atmosphere is just perfection. it's a great lill Cafe to grab a bite and sip something wonderful. We're very much looking forward to getting in early enough next time to get sandwichs!

I ordered a breakfast sandwich here. It was awful! It was mostly bread and the thinnest slices of cheese and ham I’ve ever seen!! They should just do pastries and coffee which is definitely their lane!! Stay there Adagio!

I just really, really adore this place. I haven't been coming as often now, but it's going on 5 years since I found it. The coffee is delicious, the pastries are scrumptuous, the service is stellar, and the best part is it's dog friendly. My pooch and I enjoy sitting outside in their nice seating area.
Thank you Cafe Adagio for being so welcoming!

I’ve been coming to Addagio for a couple of years now, but yesterday I had a moment while waiting for my wife as she was looking around the cafe at some of their many other offerings, such as farm fresh produce and flower arrangements, refreshingly uncommon to your average coffee shop.

This moment created the opportunity for me to watch their Chief Barista, Luke as he created our cappuccinos and I was glad I did because it was like watching a master class in coffee drink crafting. The care and love he puts into each, despite a day-in, day-out frequency that would put most in a state of ennui, makes him a true credit to his profession.

So yeah, certainly check out their many other offerings, including their ample selection of baked goods… but I’m convinced that what keeps customers returning, is their coffee and I just hope the ownership realizes how lucky they are to have a barista like Luke pulling shots.

Call somebody and meet them at this place for a slow visit. It's awesome. They have lots of seating indoor and out, best coffee I've found in this town and great food. The staff make the place my favorite. I used to bring my toddler along, I've done staff meetings here, dog friendly, the place is just perfect!
