Always lovely to eat here!! They don't skimp on portions at this location, they read my order back to me, and they are always are kind with requests. this chipotle always satisfies my cravings and leaves me with a full belly and a wide smile.
i work in the mall so i visit most of the food court spots on a regular basis. the 3rd time i receive a mystery burnt object in my food is the last straw, i get things happen but tbh once should be the end of it, it's gross and i recommend avoiding it as the QC is just not there at this location.

Food is good and the portion size is one of the biggest in town! HUGE burritos. Delicious. But with all that goodness comes long lines and wait times. Worth the wait though.

Asked for a side of lettuce for my to go order as I did not see an option on the app. The lady at the to go station said she was too busy and could not help me “lettuce was directly in front of her” and to go ask someone else. Also they forgot things on both of my bowls. Paid for double chicken. No way I got double chicken. Have had multiple bad experiences at this location throughout the years. Usually it’s so dirty in the restaurant there’s nowhere to sit hence why I order my food to go now. Luckily there’s a new location in town I’ll be going to for now on.
