Affogato with Dubai chocolate gelato was amazing! Kids enjoyed their simple gelato flavors like strawberry and double chocolate.

Hand crafted chocolate was also pretty good.

Loved the vibe of the place and cozy velveteen chairs especially.

Best place to take a date! Love all their thoughtfully created chocolates and the gelato is yummm! They also have espresso and a nice little electric fireplace to warm up in front of

They make some of the best gelato I’ve ever had, and I’ve traveled to Italy! Their shop is cute and cozy, and their service is kind. Definitely recommend checking them out.

The chocolate cherries are absolutely amazing, and the customer service is exceptional! I live in Seattle, and they went above and beyond to ensure I was well taken care of.

Not only do they have the best gelato ever, the service is unparalleled. I had Elle and she handled a large crowd by herself with grace and extraordinary professionalism. Good job Chocolate Necessities, for wonderful taste in employees! The atmosphere is wonderful and peaceful, making it a blissful escape from bad weather and the busy lives we all lead.

So legit. My salted caramel gelato was so buttery, rich and flavorful 10 out of 10!!! Chocolate confections were amazingly detailed and artistic, and my wife even found a sugar free option she treated herself too and raved about and raved over.

Very expensive place. It says "World's" best gelato...but I've had much better. Flavors weren't very accurate. Mine just tasted sweet without much flavor.

Best dessert place in Bellingham. We thoroughly enjoy the chocolates and drinks. Will definitely try gelato sometimes too! Everyone on the staff here is so nice and polite.

We ordered a Large with Vegan mango coconut, extra dark chocolate and a third scoop of hazelnut. It was a virtuous circle of trying each flavour, one after each other. You’ve finally found your happy place!
