I have been going to this stand at least once a week for the last 2 years and I can say that the staff, coffee, and speed of service are amazing! They take great care of you here, it is the best cool beans stand in Bellingham.

My fiance and I's go to coffee shop since we moved to Belllingham a few months ago from Virginia. Prices for the coffee drinks are reasonably cheap but the quality of the coffee is great!! 32 Oz iced coffee is only $4.50! Can't be that! My fiance goes every morning and it only took a few days for them to memorize our order, they even remember mine and I only get one like 1x a month since im not a huge coffee person unless I get a craving for it! They have a daily trivia question that are always fun and unique and if you get it right you get a discount on your order! The staff are all super friendly and really get to know the regulars. We are just transactions to them we are people ❤️ highly recommend we usually go to the one on Lakeway in Bellingham

I asked for a straw three separate times and was either ignored or not heard. When I sipped my coffee (a couple minutes after pulling away) it burnt my lip and now is blistering with skin coming off. It was drinkable about 40 minutes after I bought it.

They can make a mean lotus drink but their coffee tasted like burnt hot bean juice. Something about Bellingham peeps and their burnt bean juice hot water stuff is odd. Nobody can make a good coffee. We went around to 3 different coffee shops ordering a caramel latte and kept getting hot burnt bean water. The ladies working were grumpy and short. Not rude just not pleasant.

We were visiting Bellingham this weekend and staying right down the street from Cool Beans Coffee. I loved the cute name and close proximity to our Airbnb, so I decided to give them a shot (pun intended) for my must-have daily espresso.
The service was friendly and quick. The Latte was great each time. I can be a bit of a snob and get disappointed at coffee stands easily, but their Lattes were consistent and the perfect balance of sweet and espresso. Not a sour shot in sight! The parmesan bagel breakfast sandwich was delicious and fairly priced.
