DO NOT GO HERE! THEY WILL WASTE YOUR TIME AND DO NOT CARE. I am not an impatient person, but I will not wait 20+mins because the only batista working would rather chitchat with a single customer without actually making their order. I sat and watched 2 cups of ice sit for 20 mons and finally it was made into a Italian soda. 2 drinks. Not complicated ones.I am willing to wait litteral hours in lines if there is a good reason. Talking about your morning while hanging out the window is not a good enough reason.I wish they had a corporate office who will take this review seriously but I doubt that the people who run this place actually care about good business.

I love their daily trivia, drink specials and all around best customer service. It wasn't too long after going there that I now drive up and they ask if I want my usual. I LOVE THAT! Thank you for making me feel special by remembering my drink! They also have a punch card for those who go often for a coffee, I appreciate that. Hands down best coffee, you wont be disappointed! ?
