I have lived in Bellingham since 2007 and I went there for the first time last night. Their food is creative and delicious. I will be going there again very soon.

Great service, nice atmosphere and delicious food! I got the Chef’s favorite “Spicy Fili” which is a longanisa (think Filipino chorizo for those unfamiliar with this) fried rice topped with egg, and it was a FLAVOR BOMB! My partner got the bacon nation and said his was solid too. Love that they source locally. Their desserts looked great, but we were too full and happy with our entrees. I’d love to come back and try the adobo Benedict!

Second time here and it was even better than the first! Salads were on point and the burger was perfect too! Shout out to Orion for the awesome service. If you stop here you’ll likely leave with a full belly and a new friend. We’ll be back for sure!

I’ve been wowed each time eating here. Most recently had the generous mushroom benedict with herb hollandaise and potatoes- stunning flavors, perfectly seasoned. The service staff were attentive and engaging. The spicy bloody mary had a nice horseradish kick. Easily one of the best spots for brunch in Washington.

Cosmos has been my favorite brunch spot for years! Chef Cinnamon delivers fresh dishes with super local ingredients. The majority of her menu is created completely from scratch. For brunch, don't sleep on the Vegetation Nation. If you're feeling a little saucy and it's available, add the fennel sausage (make from scratch, duh). The Earth Burger with a side of potato wedges + cosmo sauce is my current fav.
Everything is so consistently good with exception to cooking the eggs. You know when someone manages to cook an egg through, but leave part of the egg WHITE raw and gooey? This just happened again this morning and now I remember why I waited so long to come back for breakfast. All that's needed is a lesson to the team on how to cook an egg.
