The food was and likely is still very good but I never returned there after the crimes of the former partner came to light and he was convicted. Back then, he introduced himself to me as Cosmos. I have never gone back. It seemed in bad taste to name the place after the rat that soiled it.My boycott may seem like unfair treatment of the other partner, and perhaps it is. But I gotta ask the owner. Why did you not rename the place?

I have lived in Bellingham since 2007 and I went there for the first time last night. Their food is creative and delicious. I will be going there again very soon.

New Year's Day service and food were excellent. Great vegetarian options such as breakfast burritos and grilled cheese sandwiches.

This gem is now a favorite. Had the pork adobo mac and cheese and mimosa flight. I've been searching for flavorful mac and cheese and this did not disappoint. The mimosas *chef's kiss*. Cute atmosphere. Great staff.

Outstanding food. Outstanding service. Homey vibes that is also tasteful. Food perfectly seasoned, paired, and balanced. Amazing coffee, and toast, and jam, and wait everything :) Our party of four can’t wait to come back.

We came for brunch searching for something to fill us up on our way home from Bellingham. We ordered their daily special breakfast sandwich and Bacon Nation. It did not disappoint. My croissant was buttery and soft but held up enough to support the delicious filling of eggs, ham, cheese and arugula. The Bacon Nation was a hefty serving with lots of protein. Our waiter was top notch. Friendly and prompt. I didn't have to look around and try to find him. Never left waiting. We will definitely be back. Wish I would have taken a picture but we were so hungry the moment passed by.

Stopped here on our way to Vancouver and it was exactly what we needed after driving for so long - delicious, healthy, and made with love. We got the Vegetation Nation which was so hearty and flavorful and the House Salad with Smoked Sockeye added. The staff was so kind and the vibe was immaculate.

Great service, nice atmosphere and delicious food! I got the Chef’s favorite “Spicy Fili” which is a longanisa (think Filipino chorizo for those unfamiliar with this) fried rice topped with egg, and it was a FLAVOR BOMB! My partner got the bacon nation and said his was solid too. Love that they source locally. Their desserts looked great, but we were too full and happy with our entrees. I’d love to come back and try the adobo Benedict!

Unique bistro with interesting decor. Was sad they were out of their mushroom Benedict. I did enjoy by vegetation nation though. The service was good even though only one waiter was working.

Second time here and it was even better than the first! Salads were on point and the burger was perfect too! Shout out to Orion for the awesome service. If you stop here you’ll likely leave with a full belly and a new friend. We’ll be back for sure!

I've been wanting to try this place for sometime now and it did not disappoint at all! Food was delicious and so flavorful. I ordered the Spicy Fili with vegan longanisa, so amazing! Will definitely be making this place a regular.

I’ve been wowed each time eating here. Most recently had the generous mushroom benedict with herb hollandaise and potatoes- stunning flavors, perfectly seasoned. The service staff were attentive and engaging. The spicy bloody mary had a nice horseradish kick. Easily one of the best spots for brunch in Washington.
