Really amazing take on Hawaiian style food and that’s coming from someone who liveshalf time in Maui. This place deserves MUCH more praise and hype than it gets. Try the Loco Moco… it’s so flavorful!!! And if you’ve been to Hawaii, for real for real, you know.

Tried the blueberry white today , very vinegar strong . Sorry but probably the worst i’ve ever had . but if you like something like apple cider vinegar you’d probably be fine ! we

Server was bartender also. Ordered pork belly appetizer and it was almost all burnt. Food was OK. Never refilled water. I finished my cocktail and she asked my husband if he wanted another beer and Walked away before I could tell her I wanted another drink.

I bought Cascadian Hops kombucha by Kombucha Town at a local Puget Sound grocery store, brought it home and it exploded in the can. This is really unforgiveable, the cedar wood siding in my kitchen is now stained and I have a sticky mess everywhere. I complained but they don't respond to email. YUCK

Why aren't you eating here? This cute corner of downtown holds a brilliant little shop that has some high end deliciousness. Their pork belly is to die for, crispy and rich. They serve it with watermelon, and the acidity balances the dish. Their wings are crispy and juicy. My favorite dish was the Loco Moco. It seems super basic, but the seasoning elevates it from simple to a joy to eat. I can't wait to go back and try the rest of the menu. The space is pretty and the staff are personable, too.
Terrible service, flat beer. Spend your money at another local business who deserves it.

Pretty good food and great kombucha. I ordered takeout and was met with a pretty aggressive bouncer. I'm not yet drinking age, and he gave me sideways glances and seemed to think I would try stealing alcohol or something. I just wanted my food lol. In the end there weren't any issues, besides feeling very unwelcome there.

Kombucha was so good I bought a subscription. They have now billed me twice for orders I did NOT place after my subscription ended. I have emailed them at least 5 times and left a voicemail to get this sorted and no response. Terrible customer service in that regard. And now something that should have been easy to sort out is now terribly unpleasant. This has been an awful experience for me and I will not be purchasing from them again. In sum, delicious kombucha, terrible customer service, subscribers beware.

This place is amazing! We drove up to PNW from Houston, TX for our honeymoon and I picked up a can of Kombucha Town Lavender from a gas station on Lummi Island. Knew I had to stop in when we were passing through Bellingham on our way to North Cascades to take tasties back home. Was confused on where the storefront was, thinking Culture Cafe was their storefront, but a quick call with Mike and he brought down a case of tasters to take back with me ?? such good people! I've been drinking and home brewing kombucha since 2016. So far have only tried Kombucha Town's Lavender, but it has just right amount of sour/sweet and salty brightness. I prefer a bitier effervescence to my kombucha over the flatter sweeter tea forward varieties. They've got their brew down! Will definately be ordering online when we get back home for the upcoming season!
