Went in because I saw the add for the new milkshake flavor of the month, stood at the counter for over 5 minutes while 3 people ran around behind the counter. Two of them looked at me several times but then quickly looked away. Just straight up ignored me. 2 more people came in behind me. Nobody behind the counter showed any signs of greeting us or taking our order. The one that looked like a manager made a kissy face to someone sitting in the restaurant and then brought them a bag of food then went back behind the he counter continuing to ignore me. I heard one of the other staff who was ignoring me make a comment about something being wrong with the ice cream as it came out of the machine and just decided to bail. I wasn't waiting 10 minutes or longer for bad service and bad food.

well I hate giving review esp bad ones but I legit stood at the counter for 10 minutes waiting on my pick up order and no one spoke to me 😃 for 10 minutes 😃 someone came in and got their mobile order before they spoke to me 😃 even took a pic of how empty it was around me and I was not spoken to 😃 ordered at 8:12 on the app and got it at 8:35 😃 one blizzard 😃

Current drive thru employee, has the attitude and behavior of a 5 year old. Pushing cards, drinks and food into the hands of the customer is absurd. Manager doesn't know how to take a complaint. Happens again, she might receive the food back unexpectedly with the same energy.

The drive thru lady has an absolutely horrific attitude. Very rude to both my coworker and I. She threw the food into the car and just about dropped our drinks outside because I wasn't fast enough getting back to the window. I highly recommend you take her out of the front and put her in the back.

This is the only DQ I’ll go to! The manager is awesome and always on top of everything with a genuine smile. They are so sweet too! It doesn’t hurt that the food is also bangin
