The chicken and pulled pork was absolutely fantastic but the main reason why we came here was the brisket and it was flavorless and dry. I would work on the sides too. Not a terrible place, just needs some fine tuning on the smoking/flavor

This place sneakily blew us away! As we looked over the menu he was nice enough to offer us brisket fat for our pups, of course that wins points in our books! But that aside, I’d still give 5 stars because the food was phenomenal! The brisket, pulled pork and fried chicken were all so tender and perfectly seasoned! My husband and I split a meal and polished the plate in no time. The hush puppies are a great take on cornbread that I haven’t seen other places, again not dry and very tasty. But THE SAUCES. Ugh I’m a sauce girl and there were lots of options all made in house and well balanced! A must try, highly recommend!

The chicken fried combo and the Mac n cheese with chicken were both very good. The chicken fingers were some of the best I've had it was almost the perfect combination of tender, moist and juicy.

We hired Danielle's Back East for our wedding this summer. Their food speaks for itself and it's one of the best BBQ in the PNW. One of the most reasonably priced caterers in the area. The setup for the wedding was top notch. We had so many guests come up to us saying how amazing the food was and tried to get seconds. We really vibed with the owners' personalities and are really just down to earth people.

We had the pleasure of hiring Danielle's to cater our farm wedding of 140 folks and it was wonderful! Every dish was fresh and delicious, they were punctual, efficient and attentive to all our needs. So grateful to have found an establishment that gives just as great an experience on a large scale as they do at the truck! Looking forward to the next time we dine!

I'm from Missouri. I approve of this food and will be bringing my family to eat when they visit. Am going back today because I couldn't quite replicate their pulled pork or brisket like I thought I could. Need to do another taste test!

I had breaded chicken tenders - they were soooo good! The texture is soo creamy oh amazing.

I also had triple cheese fries. Really good. Specifically with the mustard sauce (if you are into it - recommended)

Dang good brisket and fries

We were recently in Bellingham for a track and field meet and after two long days of competition, decided to take the team down to the waterfront to relax and grab some food before our journey home back to Alaska. For whatever reason 80% of the team gravitated towards BBQ and I followed suit. And to say I wasn't disappointed would be an understatement. My athletes wiped out the Brisket and while the wait was only going to be 10 minutes, I went with a combo of the pulled pork and Country Fried Chicken. While I picked up some sauces to try, and they were awesome, I quickly realized they weren't needed as the pork was basically melting as I picked it up with my fork, and while country fried chicken isent what i planned on getting at BBQ food truck, it was amazingly seasoned and tender.

Also, I feel absolutely horrible for not catching his name but the guy who was taking orders, cooking, running food out to people, while also having some great banter with my athletes made it a great experience on top of great food. 10 out of 10.

Ordered the super cheesy fries with brisket on top and wow, amazing! 10/10 would recommend!

Tried back east bbq at april brews day yesterday. I'm pretty sure I also had it last year on brews day.

I love bbq, and i love mac and cheese. This was 10/10. Delicious. Cheesy. The meat was perfectly seasoned. I've been to many bbq places that are too salty and this was perfect!!! The people working the truck were very nice, and the food came out really quickly after I placed my order. I can't wait to come back for more.
