We were recently in Bellingham for a track and field meet and after two long days of competition, decided to take the team down to the waterfront to relax and grab some food before our journey home back to Alaska. For whatever reason 80% of the team gravitated towards BBQ and I followed suit. And to say I wasn't disappointed would be an understatement. My athletes wiped out the Brisket and while the wait was only going to be 10 minutes, I went with a combo of the pulled pork...
Tried back east bbq at april brews day yesterday. I'm pretty sure I also had it last year on brews day.
I love bbq, and i love mac and cheese. This was 10/10. Delicious. Cheesy. The meat was perfectly seasoned. I've been to many bbq places that are too salty and this was perfect!!! The people working the truck were very nice, and the food came out really quickly after I placed my order. I can't wait to come back for more.
