El Pollo Feo Get Smashed

Awesome staff, I personally go to the Kulshan location and let me tell you... the people running that joint got that fiiiiirreeee. I highly recommend this business establishment for there high craftsmanship in smash burgers. I'd go as far to say they are one of, if not the best smash burgers in Whatcom county.

I got The Marshall Mathers burger which was really good! I like how they name their burgers after rappers. Best smashed burger I’ve tried in Washington so far! The fries are really good too. I will definitely be coming back soon.

Just tried it for the first time - amazing service, amazing 🤩 uhhhhmazing burgers! Tried to be brave and get CardiB with extra ghost pepper - very tasty but spicy 🌶️ hahah be prepared! Pairs well with a Lemon Basil cider at Stemma! Shout out to the team - they were very kind here and helped me choose the burger :)!

Great food truck right at the Kulshan brewery. Superfast service, the french fries were absolutely delicious. And the choice of Fry dips was very good.

Great smash burger and fries. I appreciated the options to get a single, double, or triple patty! Brewery was chill too and parking was easy!

Delicious burgers! Perfectly cooked with an absolutely beautiful maillard. I loved the Mac Miller. The poutine was a bit of a letdown though. There wasn't much gravy and it was lukewarm. I was really hoping for that coveted cheese pull.
