I had 3 birria tacos. $15 for 3 tacos is a little steep, but well worth it. Some of the best I have had, and the first time I had birria was in Puerta Vallerta. The tacos are loaded with meat, but hold together. There is a little crunch of the onion, and just enough cheese. The broth to dip in is rich and full of flavor. Wow, amazing! I was stopping in on my way to Seattle. I ordered three quesitaco with Al pastor and a side of chips and guacamole. I was confused with the difference between quesibirria and quesitaco and got one quesibirria to try. Flavour is amazing - seriously some of the best tacos I’ve ever had. The tacos themselves are quite big compared to most taco truck tacos. The value of taste and size are well worth the price. I ended up eating all four tacos because it was so tasty...
This place is a gem. I had two birria tacos and they were utterly delicious. We had pulled off the I-5 to grab fast food on our way through town and I happened to see this across the street. It was such great food, for slightly less than my family paid at the fast food joint they went to.
