It has been some time since I left Bellingham, but I've been missing this place. I've only had good poke in two places, here and Hawaii itself. Their fish tends to be very good (of course, better earlier in day), marinade are tasty, focus is on the fish not random sauces or add-ons like the fast food places. Just good proper poke. I miss it.

Usually love this place - but raced there to get dinner and was turned away with attitude and hands on hips as we tried to order 5 mins before closing. Not a huge order, just a standard bowl from their case, which prob takes 5 minutes to scoop into a container. Not impressed with that service. I completely understand that we walked in last minute, but the doors were open and technically they’re open for business for another 5 mins. Sad to be turned away.

Love that the vegan option here is only $12 and the portions are really big. You can choose your base (rice, salad, or mix) and then you get 3 toppings to choose from. There are usually 2 types of tofu, seaweed salad, pickled veggies, and Thai cucumbers. Then they season it for you and you can add additional sauces. Great option to have in Fairhaven! Only wish they had a spicy vegan mayo.

Wasn’t blown away the first time, but after three bowls from here I am happy with this vegan option in Fairhaven. Great to take to a local brewery or for a nice view by the bay! There are normally 2 tofu options and a few vegan salads. Also, as a bonus, the tofu isn’t counted as a meat protein - so the bowl ends up more full for less $$ than a non-vegan option!
