I got the Lamb Gyro, and was barely warm. Lamb was a little dry. I saw it was over $13 so I almost left, but thought it must be pretty big and probably delicious. It wasn't tiny but not big either. After tax it was $15 and some change so that was a lot considering. Then when you pay theres the option for for 15, 20, or 25 percent tip so I picked the 15 option because its not a waiter situation. Now its an $18 dollar Gyro thats not too great. I wonder if it was a fluke or maybe other menu items are good, but I most likely won't be back.

This is some of the best food in all of Whatcom County! If I could leave a 10 star review, I would! The falafel pita, is the best, most tasty, most satisfying bite of food in the entire county. The pita is soft, the falafel is crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, the veg and sauce inside is passionately and delightfully mixed. Each pita is put together with love and passion and alot of thought! THIS is what Whatcom County needs more of! AMAZING FOOD! This is the kind of food that needs to be put on display and celebrated here in Whatcom County.The owner is so kind and welcoming and his passion and love for the food, comes through in every single bite of his amazingly satisfying falafel pita's!The falafel truck has now become a staple in my foodie life. I eat here as often as I can!Do yourself a favor, and go here, order the falafel pita and thank my review later!!!

My wife and I both got orders of the Falafel Plate, as well as a Chicken Schnitzel to split. Everything was extremely fresh, and delicious! We will definitely be back, as we have now found our favorite Falafel locally. Cheers!

Nice new addition to the Bellingham food seen . It's definitely better than the commercial and a good interpretation of falafel and schnitzel. There was one person only working there so Expect to wait or call ahead . Definitely a better option than fast food ,sandwich rather dense , not authentic as far what goes in The sandwich .sauce has slight bitterness. I would choose This place over fast food but won't go out of my way to eat there .

Seriously one of the best gyros I’ve ever had. This far exceeded my expectations and I will be a new regular here. The pita itself was especially well-made & fresh and the falafel and lamb were both spectacular. Not a place for atmosphere, but a place for excellent food.

Be sure to try the sauces! The sauce bottles weren't labeled, so we initially skipped them, but the owner suggested we give them a try with our falafel pitas and they were terrific! The browner colored sauce has a nice kick to it.

Best authentic food hands down. The food and service you will get here at this place meets and exceeds 7spice and any other shawarma that I've ever had hands down. I ordered the pita and baklava and both just blew me away plus the owner was very nice defiantly will be returning next time in the the ham bone.*****
This place is amazing!!! If you want authentic Israeli food you have to try this spot! My dad and I eat here at least once a week because the food is so flavourful, fresh, and affordable. One of the best falafel and shawarma places I've ever had!

This is one of those rare finds that every foodie dreams of! Mediterranean food made from scratch by someone who knows what they are doing. If you know how good falafel can be and you've just been settling for the American food equivalent, your wait for real falafel is over. It is here at the Falafel Truck. The short menu is focused on getting a few things exactly right. I you are anywhere near Bellingham don't miss this!

I have eaten there a couple of times. I must admit the chicken schnitzel was rather dry and overcooked, but the falafel, the hummus, and the pita are outstanding! His sauces are really flavorful and I highly recommend it! Plus they are really nice people!

March 15 2022: I heard good reviews but my food was not good. Sauces and service was excellent though.The big con was that my falafel was cold- refrigerator cold. Interior had a pasty texture because it wasn't fully cooked. fries were under fried, but were cheap and had a delicious seasoning. Vegetables in my food were a little limp/lacking in flavor.Service and sauces were top notch. The guy working was chill.
