I had a great experience at Fiamma Burger!

I asked if they could warm up my food, but instead, they went the extra mile and made me a fresh burger, which I really appreciated. The customer service was fantastic, and the baked potato burger was seriously delicious—it had just the right mix of meat, onions, and potatoes, making every bite perfect.

major downfall is that they have the front staff, box/package up your togo orders! they handle cash, touch the dirty dishes, trash, the used numbers-placeholders, dirty terminals, etc. *i wish the kitchen staff put the food into the bag!* how they do it, is much less hygienic. also, saw the front staff --eating food from the kitchen window, and proceeding to continue to take orders—where’s the manager. >>i do not want front staff directly handling my food items...

Big menu change since we'd last been in. Having to pay extra for everything is off-putting (like lettuce/tomato). Also an order of sweet potato fries apparently now means a tiny bag of barely warm limp fries. The burgers were still good just very pricey for what they are.
