The servers are very nice, but the entrees (our party ordered 6 types) were not good. I was surprised that no one in our group liked their food. Certainly disappointing since the bill for just my husband and me was $100 (two entrees with salads, an appetizer and one dessert (no drinks). I'd definitely pick a different place to eat next time. It seems they have an older clientele that enjoys their food though.

Food is So yummy!!! Owners are in the kitchen and serving and hosting and are very friendly! Best Mediterranean- Greek food in town. Shrimp, fish , lamb, moussaka. Order a few side skewers of shrimp ? to throw on your salad or fish. Try the Greek wine. Just an all around wonderful experience. Bellingham

YOU ARE GOING TO WANT TO TRY THIS!!!!I tried this place for the 1st time tonight. Not only was the service was top notch; but Oh My Gosh the F♡♡D!One word, HEAVEN.The ribs were cooked to perfection. They had a delcious amazing flavor. They were unique. The meat falls right off the bone. The pasta, was next level. The noodles were perfectly cooked the flavors married to eachother so well. My very picky 13 year old wanted 2nds. She redefines picky. She also ate veggies which is as rare as an eclipse. My filet mingon, was cooked Perfectly! It had to be at least 8oz, possibly 10oz. If I die the last thing I want to taste on my lips are those greek potatoes.Even the garlic bread was uncommonly tasty. If you have the time to sit down and enjoy good food? You have friends or family you want to take to have a great timeand great food? This Is The Spot!Lastly, the gorgeous tree in the center of the beautiful columns is alive and real. It is such a cool hidden treasure.Vegetarian options: Just ask, they are willing and happy to accomidate.Dietary restrictions: Im lactose intolerant. They were very safe and cautious. They went above and beyond to ensure I enjoyed every bite.Kid-friendliness: So kind and patient with my picky eater. Happy to let her taste things.Wheelchair accessibility: Roll in, and enjoy!

Relaxed yet class place. Good family atmosphere, the tree in the center makes a nice setting, and good mediterranean food. The Greek Burger is a really good burger. Baked Spaghetti is recommended too. They have all the Greek classics, spanakopita was my daughter's favorite. I've been to almost all of the restaurants in Bellingham when I visit her, from the burger joints to higher end, this is easily one of the best places in town.

Five columns is my go-to neighborhood restaurant when I want to relax. They have such a relaxed vibe and it really feels like a family run restaurant (because it is)! I think that's another thing that I love about it. Soula knows exactly who we are and it's only one of two restaurants in town where you feel welcomed into their space because they remember and know you. I love the ambiance, the color they use in their décor, the giant tree in the middle of the restaurant, and my favorite aspect is how CLEAN it is there. You cannot say that about many places these days. I'm not exaggerating when I say you could probably eat off the floor there. The floor never has any leftover food under the table from the last guests, everything is wiped clean, and you can tell there is a sense of pride in their ownership there. I feel strongly that that feeling transfers into the food a person cooks and that is also apparent at Five Columns.I will add more photos over time, but most recently we went back for breakfast after our dinner there the evening before. I love eggs benedict and theirs has a delightfully fresh hint of lemon in their homemade hollandaise sauce. The hashbrowns are cooked perfectly and portions are generous with all of their meals. My partner had the salmon eggs benedict & loved his as well. For dinner, you can't beat the Greek salad here and the saganaki (flaming cheese) dish that they light at the table. The humous is creamy in texture and not dried and pasty like other places. For entrees, we usually order from a few things we love, but I really like their pasta dishes.Don't forget to leave room for Greek desert though because their bogatsa is amazing. It's a cinnamon vanilla custard inside a phyllo dough pocket and a perfectly sized desert to end with.I have to give one last shoutout to the owners at Five Columns because they went above and beyond with a request of mine in the past where they specially-made my favorite Greek dish for me - pastitsio. It's usually only offered once a year with a special and they made it on a special order for me.Five Columns has very friendly service, good food, relaxing atmosphere, and I highly recommend frequenting their establishment.

Wifey and I needed a serious break from the stress. We decided to stop in and from the moment I walked in I was sold. Well lit, pleasant atmosphere, and immediately greeted by our waitress who sat us down, asked for drinks. She was always smiling and had a positive energy. We ordered the fried cheese...best we've ever had! Then we ordered...she got the Lamb chops, I ordered the gyro with chicken and pilaf. The tzatziki sauce was incredibly tasty, the pilaf was nicely seasoned, and the chicken was spot on. At one point the waitress checked in and wifey told her , "I wanna kiss the cook!" Hands down, if you want fantastic Mediterranean fare, THIS...IS...THE..PLACE!! We are definitely coming back without question.

This restaurant is clean and seems to be owned by people that really really care everyone here Does and it shows we had the Greek burgers with feta cheese and I spent more on Greek salad upgrade it was worth it if I lived any closer I'd be there everyday for a Greek salad the dressing is amazing I usually don't care for Greek salad with lettuce here they have both but with that dressing I didn't Even seem to notice loved the Greek burger with the feta cheese and red onion this place made the list as one of the better Greek food experiences for sure
