Fantastic service!!

Galloway’s Cocktail Bar in Fairhaven, Bellingham isn’t just my favorite cocktail bar—it’s where I hosted one of the best private events I’ve ever been part of.

I planned a small gathering there, and the team at Galloway’s completely knocked it out of the park. They designed a custom tasting menu with three handcrafted cocktails, each paired with its own small plate. The attention to detail, the creativity, and the flavors were out of this world.

My personal favorite was the Rings of Saturn—a stunning mix of bourbon, crème de mûre, rosemary, Aperol, lemon, and orange blossom water. It was bold, aromatic, and perfectly balanced. We also had a Parlour Side Gimlet and By the Light Side of the Moon—each one just as impressive.

The food pairings were just as thoughtful—like chevre-stuffed dates with pistachio and thyme, and a beautifully curated charcuterie spread. Everything from the service to the atmosphere made it feel like a truly elevated experience.

Galloway’s has the perfect vibe for date nights, small events, or just a night out if you’re into craft cocktails and exceptional service. The staff is warm, welcoming, and incredibly knowledgeable.

Galloways was our wedding after-party venue and we couldn't have asked for a better experience! They were extremely welcoming, accommodating (stayed open later than they usually do just for us), and caring during our time there.

The espresso martinis kept us going throughout the night and is a must try!

Can't wait to return whenever we are in the Bellingham area again.

Bartender Garrett was super friendly and knowledgeable. The cocktails are all $15. They have non alcoholic options as well that range from $11-$15. Beautiful 1920's feel. Prefect for 1-2 drinks but if you are trying to get drunk it will cost you a pretty penny. The stuffed portobello and penne are recommended

The best cocktail bar in Bellingham. Always serving up creative really drinks, changing their menu seasonally, giving consistently great service. We love the classic atmosphere and it's one of our very favorite date night spots!

Nice location. Food was good but wait time on drinks was horrible. We got our food first before our drinks even made it to us. Also, no one brought us a water until about 10 minutes in. We went on an afternoon where it wasn't busy at all so pretty disappointed.

Very bizarre experience here. Service was weird as soon as we walked in. Someone greeted us then just walked away leaving us standing there. Then told us “just seat yourselves” despite there being a wait to be seated sign right at the front door. After we sat the woman who took our drink order was very friendly but we never saw her again. We wanted to order food but no one ever came back. My husband tried to flag her down but she just kept moving past our table. It’s clear the service staff was also in the back making the food and at one point they were in the booth next to us rolling silverware. Eventually we just gave up and put our card out in the table to pay and leave. The drinks were good but they’re clearly running things in a disorganized manner.
