This is amazing place with tasty food. Totally worth to come and sit down or take out. Portions are generous and food is excellent.

The Ginger Boat has consistently been my preferred Asian restaurant for the past twelve years, and I am confident that even Ryan Stiles would endorse it. It offers the most delectable Drunken Noodle north of Seattle. The family exudes hard work, humility, and an unwavering commitment to preparing fresh and delectable meals, ensuring the utmost satisfaction of their customers. I have been a loyal patron for many years and intend to continue returning.

The teriyaki chicken had good potential but the teriyaki sauce was terrible. The chicken was cooked perfect with some char but still tender and plenty of sticky rice. The sauce had a weird taste that was not savory or sweet, or any combo of the two. It also has chunks of something in it. Service was good so maybe try a different dish but the teriyaki was a disappointment.

This is my new go-to restaurant for a quick bite! I tried their chicken teriyaki combo with gyoza and it was absolutely delicious (and really reasonably priced!) 10/10 recommend trying them out! The people who work there are really sweet, and the place is adorable inside, I'm so glad I tried them out!

We ordered the chicken teriyaki , yakisoba , and some gyoza, to go. Everything was excellent with nice size servings. We will definitely eat there again.

This is the cutest restaurant and all the menus are hand drawn. The atmosphere is great and the food is amazing. My boyfriend said it was the best pho he ever had. I really loved the Shanghai and had eaten a good amount of it before I took a photo for the review lol. Highly recommend giving this place a visit.

been here 3 or 4 times, it’s the best restaurant in Bellingham hands down. reasonable prices, huge portion sizes, great great food and the service is pretty nice. wish more people knew about this place. seating is a little lacking; cant bring more than 5 people without trouble.

We ordered 3 different soups and were rocked by the flavors. I had the kimchi mandu, which was an incredible soup with kimchi stuffed bites in a spicy broth filled with Udon noodles. The pho and the wonton soup were hits as well. We've been talking about the flavors at the Ginger Boat ever since.

My family and I love Ginger Boat. A wide variety of options from Teriyaki to Korean to Thai. My go-to is the Drunken Noodle, and my spouse loves the japchae. The staff is always so friendly when we dine in the restaurant with our two young kiddos. There's lovely and cute decor, as well.
