My new favorite restaurant

Restaurant was very clean. Servers were kind and smiled. The food was AMAZING. I think this was the first time I ordered a 3 star meal and the spice ratio was spot on. Portions were huge and the lunch price was very affordable. Can’t wait to come back.

Parking: Plenty of options for free parking

Wheelchair accessibility: I’m not in a wheelchair currently, but when I was a few years back I noticed those things. Super easy to get around in here. Not sure about the bathroom.

Ohmygosh, I can't believe we've only "discovered" this place after living here 3 years - it's spectacular!!! We are going to be regulars. On our first visit I had the best (vegetarian!) panang curry of my lifetime (Coconut Panang on the menu), and my son had an excellent vegetarian pad see-ew (named Se-Ew on their menu). We got takeout yakisoba for my spouse and it was excellent also. It was hard to decide what to order because there are so many good options for us as vegetarians. On later visits we tried the Goji Tofu, Nutty Tofu, Singapore Street Noodles, and Sweet Basil Tofu. All were excellent. Our favorites so far are the Goji Tofu and Coconut Panang.

A good friend of ours is Thai restauranteur, and even without that connection, we love Thai food and have eaten a lot of it. Goji Bistro has the best Thai food we've experienced in Bellingham, with the widest selection of vegetarian options. Service was stellar, with friendly and knowledgeable staff, and service that was attentive without being oppressive. Highly recommended!

TIP: The online menu does not show the entire menu - for example we ordered a teriyaki + veggie roll entree that's not shown on the online menu.

Vegetarian options: According to the server, you can feel free to order any item, and it can be made vegetarian. I normally have doubts when told that, but I am certain we were not served meat or fish sauce. If in doubt, you can stick to the specific veg menu.

I wanted to love it so much! The place is lovely and the staff were friendly. I ordered the HI fried rice and was so sad. Texture was good but that was about it. The chicken was really really really dry and I didn't find any pork or pineapple in the rice. Maybe they were having an off day? A mecca for food, Bellingham is not.

The food is absolutely amazing. Amazing! Fusion is the perfect way of bringing the variety of these flavourful dishes all in one place, and this establishment does it perfectly! Great, friendly staff are so kind and more than happy to help, and the decor and seating is nice and inviting. I absolutely love this place. Totally worth the price for the huge portions, and appropriately, they have a lot of vegetarian options, many of which offer tofu as a substitute.

My kids love the sushi here and I usually get the Sweet Basil Tofu dish. It’s huge and has lots of fresh veggies. The servers are always great! Highly recommend!

I have eaten here twice. The first time was great. The second time not so much. They messed up my take out and gave me a meat appetizer when I ordered the vegetarian. I couldn't eat it and I was too tired to go back and fix it. The main wasn't as good the second time.

Vegetarian options: Be careful they give you the right dishes

I have some very severe allergies Gluten, sea salt and seafood. These allergies make it very difficult to find places to eat that is safe and good. The person on the phone was extremely patient and kind she brought the phone with and asked the cheif directly. We could hear him over the phone and he was verbally discussing how he could make my dish and what he would substitute or leave out. I could not have the traditional pad Thai sauce but he seasoned the dish to his best ability. It was probably the most DELICIOUS food I've had in a very very long time. Will definitely eat here again. Very allergy friendly.

It's a cute little place. It's a bit confusing to find the front door but they were super sweet and helpful and showed me. My only complaint is that my food was a bit burnt but other then that they gave me a gigantic portion for less then fifteen dollars! Would visit again.

I went in and ordered take out, it was very slow so I got to have a really nice conversation with the 2 waitresses, the food was amazing and I’d love to go back.

Great everything but the food isn’t as amazing as I was hoping but still good. My old dad didn’t like it but he hates tai food like the feeble frail man he is.

First time to try this place. Ordered pad thai and forgot to ask for peanuts on the side as I'm mildly allergic. Server apologized and said they could offer a smaller portion of noodles. She went in to ask the cook which is probably owner and said she'd have to charge for another dish without peanuts because "it wasn't their fault and I should have told them" haha. FYI, dont ever blame the customer and most if not all places usually ask any allergies especially to peanut dishes for Thai food. Peanuts is a very common allergy. Doesn't take responsibility. Luckily I'm not anaphylaxis otherwise they'd be in big trouble. Also charges 20 cents extra for hot sauce lol. Next time don't be so cheap if you want to keep a customer! Also, Floors are very sticky and gross.

The food is good but the service is pretty slow. The atmosphere could be improved, the floor is kinda sticky which makes you wonder about cleanliness.
