Greene’s Corner in Bellingham is a fantastic spot for brunch and drinks! I had the huevos rancheros with chorizo, and it was exceptional. The eggs were fried just right, and the spicy chorizo added a rich, savory kick. My friend tried the chicken in a biscuit with homemade sausage gravy, and after sampling a bite, I’m certain I’ll be ordering it every time I return. We had friends in town so we went to a few restaurants-out of all of them, they can’t stop talking about Greenes! The food, atmosphere, and beer selection can’t be beat. The Korean Chicken slider and Cod slider were amazing! Perfect crispiness and a blast of flavor on both.
