Best BBQ that I’ve probably ever had, better than anything I’ve had in Seattle, Portland, Texas, etc. Do yourself a favor and come here for some food and drinks!

Nummy! Food, atmosphere, and the energy, are all top shelf! From the inside of the establishment to the outside patio gardens... Yes, gardens🤩

Used to come here to the previous owner/restaurant but decided to try it one day when we were driving by ......sandwich was delicious! Server was great!! Tiny place so try to come a little bit in the off hours or I'm sure it would be hard to get a table.

Decided to stop here for BBQ while vacationing in April 2025. Food here was fantastic and well worth stopping for! Brisket was to die for and potato salad was crazy good! Very cool, eclectic decor. Sounds weird but the washroom is a must-see! Unless you don't like clowns. Say no more. Owners were extremely friendly and accommodating! Food better than great! Off the main beaten path but well-worth the visit. Highly recommend.
Visiting from Manitoba, Canada and were nervous how we'd be received in the U.S.A. but have to say there were absolutely no issues here or anywhere in WA! Thank you!

Best Brisket and Ribs in NW Washington and I’ve tried all the others. Not just how they cook it, but the quality of meat. Excellent sides too. The sides are simply a notch above others in terms of recipes and quality of ingredients. Staff is friendly. It has a cute and laid back atmosphere. They can sell out of items so don’t wait until near closing time.

Amazing! Such delicious barbecue and all the fixings, fun atmosphere, and a great small business to support. Love this place! Can’t wait to go back for ribs in the weekend.

5 stars on food, service AND atmosphere....YES! I'll tell you what, the kale and ham was THE most unique and brilliant dish I've had in years. 5-star food. The owners... friendly, funny, efficient, and i wanted to be friends with them immediately. 5-star service. We literally talked about the decor and vibe for 20 minutes after we left... and I grew up with antique store owners in the deep south. I'm hard to impress! 5-star atmosphere.
Don't ask me about the prices...I barely even noticed. This is a do-EVERYTIME I come to Bellingham restaurant.

Everything is homemade and SO tasty. We got the bbq sauce flight cause we couldn’t pick just one. They’re all amazing! The piggy greens side gets an honorable mention, I never thought kale could taste so good!

I came back this Saturday for ribs to go. Was told ribs are not available to go. The irony of their motto is ā€œyou want ribs and we want friendsā€ Reluctantly I seated myself in the fully EMPTY dining area where I could minimize my back pain as a large frame military veteran with injuries. I was promptly told I would need to move if 5 customers arrived. Then I was asked on the very next interaction where I would like to sit instead suggesting I move right away. I obliged while considering leaving without placing any order. I went on to order and while waiting for my order, I received a call offering day off overtime. Within minutes of answering the call from work and while learning what was available and writing down the options, I was interrupted and asked to turn off the phone if customers arrived because of the music playing in the background that required me to use the speakerphone in addition to taking notes. The rigid attitude towards me on my second visit soured my relationship with the establishment and I packed up my things and left the still EMTY establishment. (Other patrons were present yet dining in the outdoor area) despite several tasty options on the menu. Working in public service, I understand rules and balancing everyone’s comfort but that was a bit much considering I wouldn’t even have answered my phone unless it was work related and considering the dining area was EMPTY when I removed myself. This despite several tasty options on the menu that would get the highest marks, the hospitality and flexibility needs much work in order to keep repeat visiting customers. Despite the fact I wanted to order to go from the start not knowing I would get a call from Dispatch while waiting for the food which arrived while I was interrupted in mid conversation. The entire tone was a bit condescending considering I’m almost 50 years old to be honest… For the record, the other server that stayed mostly in the kitchen but rang up my check on my way out the door was much more reasonable and friend inducing.
