I stopped by this location yesterday. A friendly staff member asked me how I was doing. I said I was sad. She did not comment, smiled and took my order. Which included a breakfast burrito. When she brought my order, she said it was my lucky day because I won an extra jumbo sized burrito. I shared with her that my wife passed away the night before, Which is why I was sad. Sometimes I go to the major chain store across the street, find its ordering ahead app more convenient. However, one cannot order ahead this type of kindness. I am grateful. I do not recall your name, but you really made my day.

Okay, so there not much of an atmosphere since it's a drive-thru, but convenient location and and Fairhaven is just a beautiful area. We stopped here on our way out of town after spending the holiday weekend at grandmother's. This little stop didn't disappoint and served us excellent drinks for our drive ahead. Super friendly staff, and they served the line ahead of us quickly so props on excellent service! We wanted, and enjoyed our Mokas! :)

They also DON’T UPDATE THE PRICES on their menu outside. The actual prices they charge are higher.
The baristas are overworked. The drink/food quality isn’t the best. Above all, it’s just overpriced coffee.
I miss what it was like back in 2020… oh well.

Perfectly situated just off the I-5. Combining the excellent service, quality ingredients and quick turn-around, WHY go across the street to the "other" guys, keep it local and get BETTER!
IWM Coffee in Fairhaven offers a solid experience with good food, friendly service, and a variety of menu options. I had a pumpkin spice latte, which had a nice flavor, but the coffee itself was on the mild side. Alongside that, I enjoyed a breakfast burrito with ham, which was tasty and potato-forward—a feature I appreciated. The marionberry scone was dense, typical of a scone, but still enjoyable. Overall, the customer service was excellent, and it's definitely a place worth trying if you're in the area. It seems popular for its early morning hours, the quick service, and locally focused approach.

There was a pool of honey at the bottom of my drink. Once the honey was fully incorporated there was a bee floating at the top. The staff is always friendly, but this ruined my experience so I won’t be coming back. At least you know the honey is fresh
