I've been here a few times and the staff is always friendly, they have great prices and good, solid coffee. Also, yummy treats that my kids like. I'd much rather support local and this location works great for how often I'm in the area.

I never leave reviews, especially negative ones, but after facing the same issues time and time again I felt it was important to say something. This also goes for the Holly st. location. Amidst the Starbucks boycott, I have been going to IWM very often. The last 5 times I have gone, there has been at least one thing wrong with either the food, drinks, or overall service. If I pull up and see one other car, I know I’m in for a 15 minute wait. On multiple occasions, I have ordered and received my coffee after about 3-5 minutes, and then had to wait another 8-10 for them to take my card and bring the receipt. Despite always asking if I want whipped cream and me saying yes, it rarely makes it on there. Really really inconsistent coffee as well, sometimes decent and sometimes incredibly flavorless and watered down. A mocha should not be the same color as a white mocha, and yet it often is. If you are planning to stop on your way to work, make sure you are giving yourself at least 20 minutes of spare time. You’ll need it.

This used to be my favourite coffee spot, but ever since they’ve done the renovation and gotten new staff, nobody seems to know how to make coffee. My coffee is always inconsistent, watered down, way too much cream, they forget to add things you asked for. And today my coffee was so bad I simply threw it out the window when I was still in the parking lot, no incentive for me to turn around and get it remade. I will not be coming here ever again.

There were 2 cars in front of me and the front one was paying when I got there and I still sat in line for about 15 minutes before my turn. The barista was fine but not super friendly and very much did not care about how fast the team got orders out. Maybe someone was new?

Consistently different drinks, even though I’m ordering the same drink every single time. Coffee is watered down. Even when I order a lotus, they didn’t put lotus in the drink, it was just an Italian soda. Baristas are often rude and dismissive.
Located right off the freeway (exit 250), this place serves magic in a cup. Always consistent, friendly, and fast. It’s locally owned and operated which is a huge perk! One of my favorite coffee stops when I’m on that side of town.

Just pulled up to see if I could get some ice for my water bottle on the way out for a bike ride, and was told "oh we dont sell ice" in the unfriendliest/most condescending manner. As if its UNHEARD of, to ask for a cup of ice (woulda been happy to pay for it, or something else just to get the ice, but the person working there had zero time or patience for my ridiculous request apparently)....definitely not going back.
