Splendid selection of beers (IPAs, Belgian styles, and others) and solid food menu in a nicely appointed taproom! Really impressed and look forward to coming back to try more.

Below average beers in an odd and somewhat inconvenient spot. The Iron Gate lager, the Captain brown ale and the Triple Moon Belgian tripel were very unpleasant. The New World porter was mediocre and the Bella Genie Belgian strong golden ale was only slightly better. If you are searching for breweries in Bellingham, I would give Illuminati a pass and hit up Structure or Twin Sisters instead.

Clean, modern, and nicely decorated atmosphere with cool wood tabletops and high chairs. Tasty food; happy hour sliders are good. Exquisite beers, I tried the No Deal Brexit and Mist beers.

Nice changes to the place, BUT the beers were better last time we were there. They have food now, but eh it was ok, not bad,but nothing to write home about.

Great food and beer, smaller and low key brewery. Staff was friendly and helpful, will be coming back.

Very good brisket sandwich and the "dolly IPA " was fantastic

I wish we had tried this brewery sooner. Although it is a bit out of town, there is plenty of parking, which is a nice change from the downtown breweries. The atmosphere is great- simple, but homey, with a few plants which are a great touch! This is a great brewery for IPAs and dark beer. They have a simple food menu as well with a couple of vegetarian options. The staff is great! They are all very nice and very helpful!

What a great find! Nice diversity of beers ranging from your traditional IPA all the way to a Berry Glitter Sour. I got two different flights so I could sample as many as I could. The Bella Genie Tripel wheat was my favorite. Nice staff, clean location, and there is even food (didn't try but the burrito looked yummy). I would definitely come back when I visit Bellingham again.

Nice tasting room! Located in an industrial area. They have their own beers of course, plus wine & bubbles. Beer selection has a lil bit of everything. I got a flight with 5 X 4oz. They have a nice food menu and my local friend says the ribs are great.

They are literally right around the corner from my work..and they had a decent Belgian style ale..will be a regular customer and their food wasn't half bad too when I tried the pulled pork last week.

I stopped here last Saturday after doing a quick yelp search. From PDX and currently living in Tacoma, had to visit the area for work. Driving up, I was thinking wtf am I doing out here?! However, it's one of those places in more of a business/industrial area that is a diamond in the rough. I did a flight and sampled a few others-- really enjoyed the Brut IPA and the scotch ale. They also had a glitter sour on tap-- not my thing, however, had to give it a go. I had the Diablo burrito-- came out quick and was delicious. I have a high spice tolerance, however, did not find this spicy at all. Great food, great service, and dog friendly! If I lived closer, would definitely visit more often.

Illuminati Brewing is a great out of the way place to have a brew. They have a new food menu ( sandwiches, tacos and burritos) that was pretty decent. Had the pulled pork burrito (yum). I like this place because the beer selection and service is very good and it doesn't have so many people, so it allows you to be able to have a normal level conversation. Will be going back again real soon.

Great beers at an affordable price. Makes for a great pit stop on the way back to town after a day at Mt. Baker
