Really excellent pastries and coffee drinks! I love their quiches, lattes, and croissants. Look forward to trying more of their pastries and definitely recommend checking them out.

Placing order while outside the door is peculiar & there's no comfortable seating. However, the pastries are some of the best European style pastries that I've found in the local area. Iron Rooster Bakery is also the only Whatcom County location that I've been to that knows how to make a proper cappuccino.

Stop by for my first time today. Live in Fairhaven. The gal that helped me had great service and the food is absolutely excellent. Had ham and cheese croissant. Thank you to all

Stopped by the Iron Rooster the other day during a stop in Bellingham. The quiche and Danish were delicious! Fun atmosphere as we ate out on the sidewalk.

Life changing danish!! I’ve always had danishes but none like the ones here! Iron Rooster does such an amazing job making fluffy, layered pastry and topping it off with a good scoop of custard (cream cheese) and a load of fruit! There is a line up for a reason! Would love to try the other pastries. Iced latte was also good; there is some outdoor seating and liked like they opened up some indoor seating that opened up later (or I might have missed it initially, being so focused on the danish)

Very overpriced mediocre bakery which I guess would be considered "amazing" for Bellingham area. I just don't understand why they STILL have the covid era style ordering process and then have the nerve to ask if you wanted to leave a tip out loud, it's just corny! At least move the payment screen to let customers make their tip choice in silence. It is very obvious that they are trying to pressure customers into tipping. Considering their prices, they should pay their staff better and just do away with their terrible tipping practices.

My wife had a very special birthday and I wanted a very special cake for her party. The Iron Rooster staff went out of their way to accommodate, communicating wonderfully and making one of the most delicious cakes we've ever had. My wife was over the moon. Delightful folks making extraordinary baked treats!

Great pastries. But the most expensive prices I’ve ever seen, and you only get to order outside and stand in the cold/rain waiting for your food, while they verbally ask you how much tip you’d like to add. It feels extremely awkward to say no, but what service are they providing besides putting said pastry in a bag?

I miss the pre-covid days when there was actually an adorable inside where we could sit and enjoy an old building. They must have decided they have just as much business and don’t have to deal with service anymore, and still get comparable tips.

Fantastic pastries. The prices are high, but I'm ok with it because it's so tasty. What I don't like is their system of verbally soliciting tips with every transaction. It's the proprietors responsibility to pay the employees, not the customer's responsibility. It makes me want to stop going there.

The best pastries in town, hands down. But I miss sitting indoors pre-pandemic. The interior is so old-world gorgeous. Sitting in the side room, by a staircase and usually a couple employees on break, is just not the same.

Nice little bakery in Bellingham and close to cheap public parking. Prices are on the higher end but they have a nice selection and tastes good.

This is my favorite bakery in Bellingham. They make exceptional croissants. It’s worth waiting in the line out front, and come early because they often sell out! I only wish they were open more days a week, but I appreciate the exceptional quality of their food and that they don’t overwork their staff or themselves.
