The drink situation at this location is terrible. They do not offer large cups and will instead give you a medium milkshake cup and try to pass it off as a large fountain drink cup. The soda fountain itself dispenses warm soda and the ice dispenser doesn't work.
You go for the Sourdough Jack. Can't beat it for regular fast food fair. Nice greasy layer of oil on the fingers, the snap of the sourdough, the jack cheese.

Unfortunately, service was pretty awful. The only thing they got right was not mixing up our order with someone else's, and not adding cheese/ mayo to my hamburger cause I specified not to.
As far as the bad things: 1) BOTH drink lids were put on terribly, which caused one drink so spill over over me and my partners car. 2) Gave my partner soda when they ordered coffee. 3) I ordered a red bull mixed drink, no ice because cold drinks can hurt my teeth. They (and I'm not exaggerating) gave me a half full drink. Ridiculous that Im paying for a full one and just because I got no ice, I dont get a full drink. I've payed for other drinks with no ice at other locations before and this has never happened?? Quite ridiculous... 4) No cherry on my partners/my shake (which is not a big deal, but with everything else it doesn't help).

In last 3 years, only twice have they actually been open and taking orders between 2am and 6am. Usually they claim it's their time for deep cleaning (so
a call to the health dept to recommend an inspection should verify that) or they are only accepting mobile orders from their app. 🚩🚩🚩
