I was waiting on a carry out order, which had been placed 20 minutes prior to my arrival and had 5 minutes left on the timer. I waited 10 minutes for someone to even acknowledge me, and 1 hour for my order, for no reason. Over 40 minutes, I repeatedly asked about the order and I was repeatedly told that it’s being made and will be ready soon. Customers that were seated after I arrived, got their food before I did, even though I ordered in advance. The staff acknowledged it was taking an unusually long time. I then asked them for an ETA after 1 hour and the staff then told me the order had not been entered and the kitchen wasn’t working on it this whole time. Which means no one even checked, even though I repeatedly asked. The long wait should’ve been a red flag to them. The waiter who told me they hadn’t even started my order, became annoyed with me because I was upset with the situation, and he was unapologetic. He just said “that was someone else that told you that. Do you want your food or not? Then it’ll be 5 minutes.” Then proceed to take another 20 minutes. I pointed out that other customers got their food long before I did, and I was told they prioritize dine-in customers over carry out. Which is bonkers. It should be first-in-first-out. I should not be sidelined just because I’m not wasting an hour of your server’s time by dining in. A customer is a customer. Period.

Had dinner with my family at the downtown location. Was a little upset about two things I was served beer in a plastic cup and asked to pay the entire bill but was ignored and my aunt was bill instead just upsetting .. the shots are less then what is standard and the seating for seven had me sitting in a aisle with my son who is a 1 year old. Unacceptable. Cheers to our last visit. FYI don't bring your family there. You'll be disappointed 😔

The food here is good but the service needs to be worked on. They seem very short staffed the day I went which was Sunday. I seen one girl server running around doing everything and she looked very exhausted. I don’t think I’ve ever waited that long for a server to come check on me. Overall food solid 4/5.

Piper was epic! she made our dinner experience so great! The food was top notch and the big mama drink is a must! Thanks piper for the best night and the best service!

It's incomprehensible to me that this place remains in business. The food is not good. The server was verging on hostile. I was only there because friends of mine like the pork nachos during happy hour. We had to ask for happy hour menus (3:30pm) and the server literally rolled her eyes.

I witnessed a larger woman and her son get verbally assaulted and I came here to say something and saw she wrote a review.
That man was horrible to her and I am shocked he didn’t get thrown out immediately.

You gotta hand it to this place. I came in on a Thursday night with a large rowdy group, and they sat us right away, had drinks out in no time, and the food shortly after. The staff here is always wonderful. Is the food the best in the world? No, but I don’t think you’re here for that anyways. It’s good enough, and the margaritas are where they shine.
