The employee's voice was so low I couldn't understand what they were saying. All the ingredients were hidden behind a barrier so it was hard to choose what to ask for. The employee told me my sandwich had turkey and provolone on it - but then I was charged extra for the cheese. The prices were outrageous for the drink and the sandwich.

I’m a loyal JJ guys, have been to many over the great state of Washington but ordering online (using the app) from this location is terrible, the mobile updates are inconsistent and they have never notified me that food is delivered. After receiving the wrong drink and a sloppy sandwich today I had to leave a review. Whoever is working here does not care about the mission of Sir John, and has not embraced their ethos into their life.
