The employee's voice was so low I couldn't understand what they were saying. All the ingredients were hidden behind a barrier so it was hard to choose what to ask for. The employee told me my sandwich had turkey and provolone on it - but then I was charged extra for the cheese. The prices were outrageous for the drink and the sandwich.

I’m a loyal JJ guys, have been to many over the great state of Washington but ordering online (using the app) from this location is terrible, the mobile updates are inconsistent and they have never notified me that food is delivered. After receiving the wrong drink and a sloppy sandwich today I had to leave a review. Whoever is working here does not care about the mission of Sir John, and has not embraced their ethos into their life.

I dont understand putting frozen cucumbers on a sandwich. Making the sandwich touching the cucucumbers seeing that they are frozen and STILL making and delivering the sandwich. I'll never order from here again. They could have called and offered me something else if they didnt have the cucumbers for the beach club instead of putting FROZEN ice cold cucumbers. Im biting into the sandwich and hitting ice. Its snowing and to get cold frozen food when youre expecting a warm sandwich is so disappointing. I expect better but it seems no restaurant even has their OWN expectations and integrity anywhere anymore.

Finally placed our first order using the app. We ordered the giant gargantuan. My boyfriend has been fed up with other sandwich shops hardly putting any meat on their sandwiches, but this sandwich was PACKED! Our order wasn't ready when we arrived, which was totally fine, the guy was working alone and looked like he had several online orders. He told us ours would be right up and it was ready very quickly after that. He was pleasant to deal with and made our sandwich well! We'll definitely come back soon.
