really good experience here. I got an ultimate italian and it was damn near made to perfection! i enjoyed my time, and i will be back. Why isn't this a 5 star review you ask? Well, i gave you 4 stars to give ya guys something to work for!

One of the better Jimmy John's I've been too. Got a toasted sub and it was hot and ready pretty quick. JJ isn't the best subs around but pretty good for a chain store.

They had one job and I was the only person in store. First time ordering from the location next to "Best Buy". 3 sandwiches for lunches the next day, all the same except one had peppers. Asked to mark that one. Next day. Wrong sandwich was marked. He had good odds, but nope. Maybe to hide that the sandwich with peppers had no meat. I should have kept watching them make the sandwich but after watching him spread the mayo on the sandwich back and forth...over and over and over again, it became literally essence of mayo. I turned away. Called and spoke to what I assumed was a manager because I was passed onto him. I was asked what time and what I ordered so he cold research that. After finding my order he said he would have to contact the employee AT HOME to verify that I got no meat on my sandwich and he would call back in 5 min. SERIOUSLY...I'm looking at a sandwich with no meat...I didn't order magic meat...it's not there..I got no call back and was on my way to SHOW them the said sandwich when I realized how sad this whole encounter had become and bringing this stupid sandwich in to wave under someone's nose was even sadder and dumb, so I didn't. At some point you just cut your losses and move on. Forgetting the main ingredient in a sandwich is pretty impressive on some level but everyone has a brain freeze. It was the extreme lack of customer service by this manager that was mind boggling. This should have been a two minute conversation followed by "come back in and we'll make up a whole new batch of sandwiches for you". I will not be going back and would not recommend it to others.
