This location always gets my orders wrong and I don’t get it. Other Jimmy John’s have no issues making a standard sandwich from their menu, but not here.

My wife and I had Unsandwiches. The lettuce wrap was very fresh and crisp and the meats and cheese tasty as well. We didn't notice until later, that there were some free additions that could go into your (Un) sandwiches, try them next time.

Do not try ordering ahead of time! I placed an order around 1830 for pick up between 2030-2045 and got a message 10 mins later saying it was ready for pick up... So I am going to receive some soggy sandwiches when I get off work. I tried calling hoping it was a mistake... but nope, the moody girl that answered the phone confirmed that the sandwiches will sit there for 2 hours until I pick them up. Too bad I prepaid.

Yet again I am giving a review of this location. Same person who made my order last time. Made it again this time and did it wrong! How hard is it to read a online order that says no tomatoes? Last time I went in this location I ordered a wrap with no onions. The attitude I got from this female worker after she made my order with onions! Was not only surprising but seriously irritating. After yet again a call to the store. I got a male who was very nice and listened to my gripe about this female worker. The reason I'm giving 3 stars is because the person I talk to when calling is always helpful. And he said if I wanted to come back they would make it right. Well the last time I did that I got the dirty look from the female worker. Even after I was being nice about the mistake. So no thanks I said to the gentleman. I said maybe somebody can teach her some manners and how to read orders! I'll go back because the day shift is incredible and always nice and gets orders right. But refuse to go back in the evenings as long as she still working there! I know I cannot be the only one who has complained about this persons attitude and orders that are wrong.

I had a craving for a Club Lulu today so I stopped in. The sandwich was made a bit sloppily but it was still delicious with a decent amount of meat. Only qualm is the price: $10+tax for an 8-inch and $20+tax for the 16-inch, no drinks or side included. Total insanity.

You get exactly what you order, no frills but good. Lettuce tomatoes onions and pickle spear on the side.

Normally, we've ordered food from here and have been satisfied. Tonight, however, I was displeased that they gave me lettuce that was NOT fresh for my wrap, and somehow, most if not all of the provolone cheese wound up in the bottom??? Mostly, I was annoyed at having to pull apart the lettuce, which caused my "wrap" to barely hold together.To make matters worse, I called, and when I spoke to the manager, she said, "Well, our lettuce wraps are made fresh, so if you got orange lettuce and it's your opinion it's not fresh..." What kind of customer service is that?Plus, smart phones are a thing. So, I've uploaded the so-called "fresh" lettuce I received.Vegetarian options: Easy to customize your sandwich or wrap

I stopped by for a quick lunch. Luckily, when I went there was no line. I was able to place and receive my order super fast.The sandwiches I’ve gotten here have always been actuate. The interior was super clean with ample seating.
I order the same things and they keep going downhill. The new caprese sandwhich was awesome when it came out and didn’t even have tomatoes this time. 2 sandwiches chips and soda with tip….$45 delivered. That kind of money you can make a sandwich correctly one would think.

Last night's last minute dinner idea after shopping...I got the #9, I know just turkey and bacon but that bread....so good..yummo. Hunny got the #16 extra on all condiments. It was fire!!! And the service was fast and friendly. Yes, we will be coming back to this location.
