I just moved here from Texas. And had the best brisket of my life, from this lil truck in a field in Blaine, WA (they also go to birch bay and Bellingham, they said). My dog is a tejano girl, maybe a bit homesick, she got the FULL ZOOMIES just from the smell of it. She gets treats every day, and she's almost 6. When she gets zoomies she means. Thanks ya'll!

Having grown up and lived in Texas for almost 35 years, I’ve eaten my share of barbecue. I’ve been in the Northwest the past 36 years and JTs is the best barbecue I’ve had in that time. The brisket sandwich is fantastic. Also enjoy the barbecue bowl. Couple that with a Beach Cat beer and a view of Birch Bay and you’ve got Heaven on Monday nights! Highly recommend!
We had JT’s do 20 lbs of pulled pork for a family event. We live in TX so know good bbq. This pulled pork was top tier: smoky, moist, lean. Incredible.
