Came in for my brother in laws birthday, and the owner went out of his way to make sure we were taken care of. Small spot, but good outdoor seating. All the rolls were very well done, nigiri was great, and the bento boxes seemed to be a terrific value.

Excellent gourmet sushi. We tried special rolls: White Dragon, Scallop Baked Roll, Jun's Special Roll, Catapillar Roll, and Tiger Roll.All delicious but especially the first three. We also enjoyed the tempura.Jun makes everything to order.Not quick a bite. But it's definitely worth the wait and price.This restaurant is fairly small, located on Railroad, which has plenty of paid parking meters. (I use a parking app, which is very easy to use. Look for the sign that gives a location code.)Overall, my #1 sushi place in Bellingham. If you like scallops, try the Baked Scallop Roll. Yummy... Previously, I did a take out order. Marvelous!

i never leave bad reviews for places but seriously eating here was rough. waitress and chef/owner? were loudly arguing the entire time. really uncomfortable. the restaurant is tiny so it’s impossible to avoid. dirty dishes everywhere that sat without being touched for our entire visit. waitress was really rude and seemed like she didn’t understand what she was doing. i honestly felt like she was mad at me for being in the restaurant. ramen was very clearly just top ramen or some other cheap store-bought brand. there are plenty of other good asian places in bellingham, i would try those first.
Owner is super nice and special rolls are pretty tasty. Complimentary miso soup was a nice touch too. Restaurant was also clean and service was fast and not busy during lunch.Only small critique would be, tempura dipping sauce was a different style than I am used to? More salty than sweet.

I have been coming to juns sushi since I became a student at western and for the 3 years I've been a student I've tried every single sushi place in Bellingham and I have to say Jun's takes the cake every time. He's super kind and the food is spectacular, always served on the most beautiful plating. Even the eel is great and that's hard to find here. Truly perfect.Ignore the 1 star reviews, they are Karens who don't understand what real good sushi is.

Had a really bad experience here. Our food came out in stages, where one person in our party of four didn't eat until almost everyone else was finished. The owner was yelling at the server (really loud) because of some error that happened. I ordered the Ramen and it was NOT actual ramen - pre-made noodles (think out of a ramen package) and really salty. We gave this place a shot but won't be returning.
