I love this place. The food is amazing and the people are very kind, I didn't know what to get, and so the person serving me told me what was good and what was popular. Would 100% eat here again

This is my go to spot but recently got a bowl and the tuna was not fresh and cut small. This is the first time im disappointed in my poke bowl.

Good food but horrible customer service, tiny portions and wouldn’t even give a full scoop of corn like it’s just sad. Go to the barkley location they will never do you dirty like the girl who served me. Been coming for years and now some of the workers are horrible.

The food is always spot on. I stop in a lot and just grab some musubi. So good can't say enough good things about this place. 😁

I just paid $17 for 4 ounces of fish which was 2 even ice cream scoops. Not even a large scoop. By contrast I could go to Fairhaven poke and for $18 they load you up with fish and for $20 you double it. When I mentioned to the person working there that this wasn't a lot of food she replied in a terse sing song voice that a regular is 4 ounces and a large is 6.
I didn't see this listed anywhere and neither is enough fish. You have to fill up on rice.

Never again
I'll never go to Just Poke again.

I Doordashed a build-your-own Poké bowl tonight on this hot summer evening and I've never made a better decision in my life. It came, I ate, and I left no crumbs. Actually I did leave some crumbs because it was a lot of food, and it was delicious and healthy!

Just Poke always has some level of inconsistency but what really frustrated me today was the handling of in-person vs. DoorDash orders. I waited in a long line for 30 minutes and once I finally got to the front I ended up waiting even longer while they prioritized three or four DoorDash orders ahead of me. Everything is made right there so each bowl takes time and it adds up.

I ended up walking out. It just wasn’t worth it, especially with how hot it was inside. Honestly the heat made me question the food safety of the fish. Just Poké would really benefit from a separate system for online orders like what Chipotle does. The current setup is not working.

I used to really love this place, but it's falling off for me. They no longer have the little garlic crunchies, and they're cutting down on their gluten-free sauces. Plus, I'm pretty sure they're skimping out on any sauce nowadays when you get it delivered. No one really enjoys dry rice and fish. Staff are always very helpful though. Decent food, just don't order it for delivery :/
